we're in love

everyone in the conference was quiet for a good amount of time until jaden spoke again. "pretty messed up right? even tho i know that this business sex is normal for companies like us, the *elite* ones. also *elite* companies are already used to gaining fame in this way. so yeah..pretty normal." he finished staring down.

"so shall we start discussing about our meeting or do you wanna finish thinking about the proposal?" aiden said with a low voice and adding a sigh at the end. dazai and akutagawa looked up and shared a look.

"i don't think this is the right time to discuss things about other companies. after all that is not an appropriate manner." dazai said looking at the papers in his hand.

"mr.dazai here is right. we shouldn't discuss other company's proposal in the middle of a meeting with a different company. it'll be disrespectful towards the company." akutagawa added while picking up the files from the table.

"so we're gonna tell them to discuss the proposal with you guys themselves, okay?" aiden asked. both of them just nodded.

the meeting ended and soon enough aiden and jaden were also gone. as usual chuuya and atsushi went to their office rooms to work. when it was lunch time atsushi and chuuya decided to meet up somewhere far from the office.

it was a beautiful place where the both of them decided to meet up. ever since they were in college they visited the place but not everyday but in certain occasions. just like today's...yes today.

"it's been a while since we've been here right?" atsushi said smiling even tho the disappointment is clearly showing in his lips.
"mhm..it's been a while." chuuya replied also trying to smile but failing badly. they both loudly sighed.

the place was so quiet and calm. it was so refreshing. cold breeze sometimes coming towards them and sometimes they just hear the trees leaves rustling. the place was naturally cold but not too cold. the weather there was always perfect for the both of them.

"remember when we graduated we were so sad because we though we won't be able too see each other again anytime soon and bursted out crying." atsushi said chuckling a bit but still looking at the pond in front of them which had something like fences as barriers.

"yeah and then we found out about this place. you and I were walking down some unknown place and lost track of time. when we noticed that we were lost and our phone had no signal we went too seek for shelter despite knowing our friends will come find us." chuuya replied.

"how can i forget..because that's how we found this place." atsushi said taking a step forward. "we've been so happy despite having this much new chaos entering our lives so why are we even sad now?" chuuya said taking a step forward as well.

they both stayed silent for a few minutes. just getting used to the nice atmosphere after a while. "how do you know we are sad?" atsushi asked while looking at chuuya. "why did we come here very often?" chuuya asked back.

atsushi though for a second a smiled a bit. "hah..because we were sad." atsushi replied still smiling. "hey atsushi. why are we sad?" chuuya asked looking at his feet. "i don't know to be honest. why are we sad?" atsushi said.

"was it because they didn't say 'no' to proposal right at that moment?" chuuya asked, now looking at atsushi. "...maybe..? but it's not like they're our friends or someone close to us and in fact they're just our bosses and..." atsushi didn't finish.

"and...?" chuuya looked up at him, saying 'and' just the way atsushi said it but just adding a questioning tone at the end which meant he was waiting for him to finish the sentence.
