Elsa's POV

When I reached the Valley of Living Stones, all of the stone trolls transformed into trolls and whispered to each other.

"I need to see Pabbie." I said loudly. The trolls continued to whisper. I waited patiently. After a while, Pabbie slowly walked forward.

"I've been expecting you." He said.

"I need your help. My memories of the last week are gone." I said.

"I know child." Pabbie said.

"So you know how to fix them?" I asked hopefully. Pabbie sighed.

"Some knowledge is best left unknown. And once learned, it cannot be unlearned." Pabbie said quietly.

"What do you mean?" I asked.

"Do you feel happy?" Pabbie asked suddenly. I blinked.

"Sure, I guess. I feel the same as always. Just a little confused is all." I admitted.

"How can I guarantee that those memories will not bring you pain and hurt?" Pabbie asked.

"I can't go on like this! Every once in a while a memory will surface, and I'll black out for a little bit! How can I rule like this?" I moaned.

"Revealing your memories to you may place someone in great danger, as well as yourself." Pabbie told me.

"How would I be harmed from remembering my memories?" I asked suspiciously.

"Your memories were removed for a reason. To protect you. If you remember, I cannot guarantee that their memories will not return too. You will be putting many people through great pain." Pabbie warned.

"I need to know." I said. Pabbie sighed.

"Are you sure about this?" He asked. I closed my eyes. His warning echoed through my head. Was I ready to know the truth?

"Yes." I said. Pabbie held his hands out towards the stars, and light floated towards his fingers. He pointed at me, and the light entered my head. I gasped and blacked out.

When I woke up again, I was on a bed off moss. I sat up and rubbed my head. It suddenly felt too full. I had my memories back!

I quickly reviewed what had happened the last week. The truth about what had happened the last week. I had seen a portal appear from my balcony. A person had fallen from it and flown through the air towards the castle. I had tried to barricade me and Anna in the library. A white haired boy and come in and explained that he was a guardian. He had died before, and he had ice powers. He was there for Anna.

Then a man had appeared and attacked us, and the boy had defended us. Anna had been hurt and the man left. The boy flew us to the trolls, and Anna was healed while he was given a stone that would turn him mortal and erase all memories of his after he died and everyone's memories of him. The rest of it was one big mess. The man had kept trying to kill us, and the boy kept saving us. He taught me how to fly. He saved our lives tons of times. Anna almost was killed, but I jumped in the way. The boy got hit in the shoulder trying to save us. He revealed the truth after being forced to by the man.

Then he took me to the trolls who healed me, but there wasn't time for the boy. He took us to the castle and kissed me, then locked me inside with frost. He was going to die defending us. And then I ran to find Anna and Kristoff... and after that my other memories began.

I searched for names. As soon as I found them, I couldn't breath. The white haired boy was Jack Frost. The same name of the boy found frozen and nearly dead outside of the castle. Jack! He had used the stone! And the man's name... Pitch Black. I felt a rock form in my stomach. All of the puzzle pieces fell into place. Jack had used the crystal to erase my memories of Pitch. If I didn't remember Pitch, I couldn't believe in him. And if I didn't believe in him, he couldn't hurt me.

But now Pitch had turned himself mortal, in a way. He had tried to get Jack killed. Oh no! I had left Pith in charge of the castle! I had practically put Jack right in his hands!

"What have I done?" I moaned. Pabbie appeared, entering the little hut they had built me.

"Do you remember now?" He asked.

"Yes. I can't believe Jack did that for me!" I said.

"He truly loved you, to have been willing to lose you if it meant saving you." Pabbie said.

"I need to go back. Pitch Black is at the castle. He wants to kill Jack." I said. Pabbie shook his head sadly.

"It won't make much of a difference. The black sand that hit Jack's shoulder will spread until it kills him." He said.

"I will save Jack! I can't let him die, not now!" I declared, jumping to my feet. I climbed on my horse. It wasn't night any more. Now it was mid day.

"How long have I been out?" I asked Pabbie.

"Three days." A troll somewhere nearby said. Oh no! I had to get back to the castle right now! I turned around my horse and ride as fast as I could back to the castle.

When I finally reached the castle gates a couple hours later, something wasn't right. No one was out and about. Everything was silent. I climbed off of my horse and slowly walked towards the door. What was I going to see?

That would have to wait, because at that moment something huge, fuzzy, and covered in blue and white fur landed on top of me.
