JJ's POV:
We landed late at night so Hotch tells us that we're just gonna head to the hotel. When we get there we find out that we have to share rooms
"JJ and Reverly can I trust you to share a room"
"Sure" Reverly says
I give her a glance but she looks away from me then Hotch finishes dishing out rooms and I give him a quick smile as we all walk towards our rooms.
"Rev-"
"Not tonight Jareau please"
"Are you kidding me?" I say
"Look we both don't like each other a-and maybe what happened was just trying to explore the possibilities" she says
"Possibilities of what?" I say
She laughs and tries to walk into the bathroom
"I'm sorry for what happened this morning" I pull her arm
"Sure you are" she smiles
"I am I swear I just-"
"Kiss me then let me kiss you and-"
"Rev-"
"I thought that there was some feeling between us but I was wrong.. we hate each other" she brushes past me
I felt so bad I just didn't know how to express my feelings to her.
I roll my eyes and walk out of the room then I went to go see Alex in her room so I could just let out some steam.
"You look like you've got something on your mind" Alex says
"I'm just tired" I fake smile
"Come on, I know you better than that Jayje"
"Can you keep a secret?"
"Try me" she raises her eyebrows
"I kissed Reverly.. that night at the bar when I got drunk and she kissed me today at brunch which kind of resulted in me walking out because I don't really know how I feel about her" I rant
"Well for starters you didn't call her Mckay and you were smiling when you mentioned the fact that you two kissed so I'd say you feel pretty good about her" Alex says
"We've been going at it for years now.. I didn't know I had feelings for her until my lips touched hers" I say
"So explore that!" Alex says
"How she already hates me again"
"Well you're gonna have to make it up to her" Alex smiles "but it's Reverly so you're gonna have to find some extravagant way to make her listen because her problem is that she doesn't"
"Yeah try being her enemy" I smile
"This is a cute enemy's to lovers thing you guys have going on" she chuckles
"Honestly I hated her because she took Elle's spot on the team not knowing that Elle is her sister and Strauss is her grandmother"
"Yeah that one was a shocker" Alex smiles
"I know right! But now that I have Elle back I have no reason to hate Reverly anymore"
"You never hated her, sure you were mad about her taking Elle belles spot but you've always liked her I could tell"
"Y-you could?" I say
"It was very obvious" she smiles
"I don't think it was" she says
