Lunch conversations with the idiot squad

Emerson POV:
Everyone finally got to the table after going through the lunch line.

" How was everyone's first two classes?"- Steph asked

" It was ok there was a hot guy in my english class" Lilli blushed

" SO YOU HAVE A CRUSH WHO IS IT"- Migz yelled

" Migz shut the fuck up everyone can hear you"- I whispered

Everyone was staring at us. I mean we can never stay under the radar I mean we're a group of loud teenage girls.

" Well he's one of Charlies teammates... Okay it's Dean Portman!" - lilli said

" DEAN PORTMAN!" Migz shouted again

" For the love of god Migz shut your trap before I make you" Lilli angrily said

" When will y'all learn I'm a loud person I don't mean to be its just natural."-Migz exclaimed

" Oh believe us we know Migz we know" - We said in unison

" My day has been ok except for when we ate shit in front of the entire school." - I laughed

I turn and look to see someone staring at me. He was sitting at the ducks table and had a cowboy hat on. It hit me at that moment When did Dwayne get hot. Damn this summer has been good to him i said to myself. We make eye contact for a second and then he waves at me I wave back not wanting to be rude and then I go back to talking to my friends.

" Anyone have english next?"- Jess asked

" I do"- Everyone except lilli said

I thought to myself god help this teacher they're going to need it when we're done with this class . I mean a group of best friends who can never shut up in a class together this teacher is gonna need all the help they can get.  I finish eating because lunch was almost over and I needed to put my tray up. I get up and head to where we put our trays up thats when someone comes up behind me.

" You're Connie's little sister right?"

The person had a country accent so I knew it was Dwayne.

" Yes cowboy that would in fact be me. Why do you want to know?- I asked

" I just haven't seen you before and you and Connie kinda look a like."- Dwayne responded

" Yeah we have the same parents its kinda how genetics work Huckleberry. I have english now so I have to go bye great talking to you Dwayne."- I said

" Bye, wait what's your name?"- Dwayne asked

" Its Emerson."- I responded

I met back up with my friends and we headed to our lockers to grab our bags. I put in my combination and my locker would not open I kept tugging on it until a guy comes up and hits it.

"I had that locker two years ago it gets stuck a lot you just have to beat the shit outta it."- he said

" Thanks"- I laugh

" I'm Rick Riley by the way captain of the varsity hockey team"- he said

I roll my eyes knowing all about how he made my sisters life a living hell last week.

" How about me and you go out Friday my treat."- He said

" I would rather be murdered."- I responded while walking away

Connie POV:

Did I just see what I think I saw Rick Riley flirting with my little sister. Barf! He's a junior and she's a freshman thats disgusting thankfully she walked away. He literally tried to ask her out thats a 2 year age gap the only thing he would get out of a relationship like that is jail time. Pedo Alert!

Emerson POV:

I was super annoyed that Rick Riley of all people tried to flirt with me. I walked into english class to see there was a seating chart great another thing to put me in a bad mood. Of course I get sat in the front its like this lady knew that all my friends were going to be in this class. We were all on separate sides of the classroom go figure. The lady then started talking about how well have two quizzes and a test a week. Man what crawled up this lady's ass and died. She finally shut up and then handed everyone a copy of The Lord of the Flies.

" Now I want all of y'all to finish chapter one by tomorrow."

Before she could say anything else the bell rang. I then had to go to Biology which I knew wasn't going to be fun but it wouldn't exactly suck. It was just going to be introduction to the class and the rules. I was sat next to some guy then he turned to me.

" Hey I'm Lincoln."- He said

" Nice to meet you I'm Emerson." I responded

The teacher then went on to say that the person next to us would be our partner for the year. I was okay with that Lincoln seemed like a smart guy so i would definitely pass this class. We finished talking about the rules and them the bell rang. Time for spanish my last class of the day. I didn't even pay attention instead I took the best nap of my life.
