Homecoming

It was almost time to leave and Rick called me to tell me he was about to leave the school to come get me. Migz and Lilli were ready and Dean and Fulton were on the way to come get them. They looked amazing our friend group was going to be the hottest at the dance.

Rick finally got here and rang the doorbell. I hear Ms. Conway called for me to come downstairs and I quickly walk down the stairs to meet him.

"Hey Rick you ready?"- I ask

"Yeah."

He then extends his arm to me which I take and we head towards his car.

"You look amazing Emerson."- Rick

"You don't look to bad yourself Ricky boy."

"From you that's the highest compliment my lady."

"Why of course."- I say in a British accent

"God you can be such an idiot sometimes."- He laughs

"Well you're dating this idiot so..."- I reply

He then opens the car door for me and I climb in. He then gets into the drivers seat and starts the car.

"Next Stop Eden Hall."- Rick

We soon get there and he opens the car door for me and gives me his hand to help me get out.

"And I thought chivalry was dead."- Me

"Mostly but for you I'll make an exception."- Rick

We then head into the dance together. The dance committee had spent most of the day decorating the gym for the dance and it looked amazing. I saw Jessie with Adam so I got Rick to come with me to talk to them.

"Emerson, You know Adam and the rest of the mighty ducks can't stand me."- Rick

"Please for me if they see you've changed and aren't the asshole you were last year they might warm-up to you."- Me

I then grab Ricks hand and drag him over to them with me.

"Jessie you look amazing!"- I say

"I could say the same about you."- She laughs

I see Rick go over to talk to Adam

Rick POV:

"Hey Adam."- I said

"What's Up Rick."- Adam replied

"You and Jessie are a cute couple."- Me

"Thanks, How's you and Emerson?"- Adam

"We're good. Are You still made at me?"- I ask

"I mean you treated us really bad last year and if you can show us you changed I would find a way to put it in the past."- Adam told me

"I will show you that I changed for the better. I truly am sorry for how I treated you. I just had so much pressure from my dad especially since they brought you guys in. I mean you won the good will games against Iceland which basically made y'all hockey legends. I guess I just didn't want to let him down and I took it out on you guys." - I explained

"Wow! Rick, why didn't you tell us?"

"I was just embarrassed I guess."- I say

Emerson and Jessie then come back over and drag us onto the dance floor.

"Rick have you seen the bash babes?"- She asks

"The who?"- I say confused

"Oh yeah I forgot to tell you about that Lillie and Millie Ann are dating Fulton and Dean so their nicknames are no the bash babes."

"Ohhh that makes sense. I think I saw them by the stage."- I say

"Come on!"- She says while dragging my hand

Emerson POV:

I drag Rick over to where Lillie and Migz where so that I could say hey.

"Rick are you okay with talking to Fulton and Dean? I don't want to put you in an uncomfortable position."- I ask

"I'll be fine."- He replies

"Lillie!! Migz!!"- I yell

"Hey Em. How's your BF holding up?"- Migz asks

"He's doing great actually him and Adam became friends actually."

"That's surprising Adam usually holds grudges for a long time."- Migz

"I know it still confuses me a lot."- I laugh
