Chapter 13: Round 1/Crawlers

All the classes of UA stood ready at the gates, leading from the stadium to an obstacle course which was the first round of the sports festival. Atop the gate, the red lights turned to yellow, the cheers began to die down, then the lights turned green as the stadium went completely quiet and (Y/N) bared his fangs.

(Y/N): Showtime...

Midnight: START!

As soon as Midnight declared the start of the games, the gates opened as everyone immediately rushed through. (Y/N) raised the levels of atomic energy in his body to increase his body temperature, he expected Todoroki to freeze the entrance.

He was right.

Todoroki froze the entire entrance, (Y/N) melted the ice in his wake, he also saw Shoichi leap onto the gate doors and jump over the ice. Both of the titan hybrids outpaced Todoroki quickly, he frowned at this and sent a wave of ice at (Y/N). (Y/N) met the ice with a blast of atomic breath, shattering the ice and creating a shockwave.

Bakugo was propelling himself through the air with his explosions. Aoyama was using his laser to fly. Miki and Ishiro flew through the air with their wings, and the others did what they could to get over the air ice as they chased after (Y/N), Shoichi, and Todoroki.

(Y/N) saw his classmates passing the ice barrier, including Izuku.

(Y/N): Heh, not bad

Bakugo:  YOU THINK I'LL LET YOU TWO GETAWAY SO EASILY!? ICY HOT BASTARD! LIZARD!

Shoto was slightly impressed that nearly all of his classmates had dodged his diversion

Shoto: ...More people outside of 1-A were able to dodge that than I expected

Everyone stopped as something massive emerged in front of them, it was the 0-pointer robots from the entrance exam. THREE 0-Pointers

Izuku: The 0-Pointers from the entrance exam!?

Kaminari: Aren't those the 0-Point Villains from the entrance exam!?

(Y/N) growled as he bared his fangs, he had no time for this.

(Y/N): SHOICHI! CATAPULT!

Shoichi nodded in response, he dashed over to (Y/N) and grabbed him by the end of the tail. He then began to spin (Y/N) around and around before letting go and throwing (Y/N) at the 0-Pointer in the middle. (Y/N) slammed into the head of the 0-Pointer and slashed at its face and spewing atomic breath into the opening, destroying the massive machine. When he landed back on the ground, he spewed atomic breath at the two 0-Pointers to his left and right and cut them in half by melting their armor and circuitry.

(Y/N) dashed forward on all fours before rearing back up and dashing forward back on his two legs. Shoichi lept over the carcasses of the 0-Pointers and dashed after (Y/N) as the rest of the students followed in pursuit. 

Present Mic and Aizawa watched the race in their booth, Mic's jaw was dropped as he was shocked belief while Aizawa was smiling underneath his bandages.

Mic: W-wow, you trained those kids well Eraser-Head!

Aizawa: I-I...I didn't teach them that

Mic was once again stunned into silence

Mic: W-well on that note, the students are nearing the last part of the race. THE MINEFIELD

As (Y/N) and Shoichi dashed ahead, they neared the last obstacle, the minefield. they neared the beginning of the field, only to skid and stop dead in their tracks. They bared their fangs, (Y/N)'s dorsal plates flashed blue in anger and Shoichi's eyes flared a firey-orange in rage. They felt something underneath the field, something that didn't have good intentions...and was coming up FAST.
