If I remember correctly, I promised to make it up to you guys and I have. As mentioned before I was working on another HP fanfiction called 'They Weren't Expecting Her' which will be available and updated every Saturday to you all on Wattpad. I'm not done. I've also written another Harmione fanfic called 'The Chosen One Challenge' which will be updated every Friday. This means all your weekends will be filled with Harry Potter fanfics starting September 9th this year. Also if there are any Shadow and Bone by Leigh Bardugo fans reading this you guys might get a fanfic too in the future...leave a comment if you'd be interested in that.
They Weren't Expecting Her is a fanfiction about Harry Potter's mysterious new cousin, April, who enrols at Hogwarts in the year when he is forced into the Tri-Wizard Tournament. While growing closer to her cousin and working hard to adjust to her new life she meets Draco Malfoy and all hell breaks loose.
If you're interested in whole forbidden-love/secret romance/enemies-to-friends-to-lovers trope, then this fanfic might be fun for you. Also good if you want a very small extra dose of harmione.
As for why it took me so long to update. I'm 15 now, and 13 when I started this fanfic. It's been hard to update and pay attention to my school work, especially with my technical difficulties. I live in a small country so the resources aren't as great as the ones I'd like to have. My exams have just ended so I can finally pay attention to my writing again. Also, I've been trying to get an artist for these fanfics because I thought it'd make them cooler and more enjoyable but I couldn't, and trust me when I say that I've tried...

I've DMed at least 15 different artists and there were a few times when it looked like things were getting good but then they'd become super busy which I understand because most of these artists either had separate jobs, school or stuff like commissions to do and I wasn't paying any of them so I didn't expect them to put my project above their work which earns them a living. But they were all super nice and I hope you guys go and support them because they're super talented and I absolutely adore their work. If you know any digital artist willingly to work with me on a fanfic collaboration plz mention their social media (preferably their Instagram) for me.
Now, this isn't an excuse, but if anything like this happens again(hopefully not) you'll know why. I love writing and I love Harry Potter so I'll try to keep writing as long as I stay inspired. I can't promise regular updates but I can promise to write and publish only what feels right.
