Around 2 months later
"Lexie are you sure you can do this?" George asked
"Y- Yeah, I- I- I can" Lexie said weakly
Lexie and Mark were moving together, since Meredith and Derek were moving into the dream house. They gave Meredith's house to Lexie and Mark. Which meant, Lexie had to move ALL of her stuff of the apartment and with her being 5 months pregnant (almost 6) and recovering from the attack, it's not easy.
"Listen Lex, I know Mark is busy but let me help you" George persuaded
"George, I can do this by mysel-"
Lexie then fell dropped the boxes she was carrying. What a dumb ass bitch she is.
"See I told you!"
"Shut up George, Now help me up please."
Meanwhile
"ARE YOU CRAZY MARK?"Julia shouted at him
"WELL YOU SHOULDN'T BE THE ONE TALKING" Mark yelled back
"Why would think I want to hurt Lexie?"
"I don't know! Maybe it's because you got mad at me for breaking up with you for her"
"I got mad because you cheated on me! You think I shouldn't get mad?"
"So you really did nothing?" Mark asked
"No! Now get out of my house!" Julia yelled
"Okay, okay" Mark said as he quickly got of Julia's house.
Mark drove away, not getting answer to why someone hurt Lexie like that. He had to know. It's Lexie for damn sake.
Back at the apartment
Meredith drove up to help Lexie because she is her sister and she's pregnant.
"Lexie, let me help you!" Meredith yelled at her
"No, I don't need it!" Lexie yelled back
"George! Help me!" Meredith yelled
He helped Meredith pulled the box away from Lexie, and loaded it into Meredith's car.
Later that night after they got Lexie moved in, Mark finally came back.
"Hey Lex, I'm home!"
"Mark where have you been?"
"Um nowhere-"

Lexie knew he was lying to her. She knew what he was the moment he walked in.
"Why can't you just let it go Mark?"
"Because Lexie!"
"Because what?"
"Because I love you! And I need you" Mark said shyly
Lexie ran up and kissed him, she never knew how much he cared about her. It made her love him even more.
The next day
The OB was looking at the baby. Today, Lexie and Mark were finally going to find out the gender of the baby.
"And it looks like you guys are having a happy, healthy baby girl!" The OB said
Mark and Lexie were both really excited. They were having a daughter.
"Look Lex, it's our baby girl"
"I know I'm so excited!"
Mark kissed Lexie on the cheek before they headed their way out of the clinic.
At home (Ik so many transitions but whatever)
"She's going to be so beautiful" Mark said to Lexie, "She'll probably look exactly like you."
Lexie let out a mini chuckle as they were preparing the baby's room.
