It's been 4 months since they started "dating" and they never thought they'd actually be keeping it all up for this long. Even though it's been longer than they thought it would be, they can keep going for even longer.

They both know they've fallen in love, deeply. Somehow they both have not gotten the courage to actually tell the other, but to be honest, it doesn't matter to them, because they're happy like this.

They are also kind of scared, because what if the other doesn't like them back and they just embarrass themselves in 2 different ways: losing the game and being rejected.

Somehow they always worry about these things all day, until they see each other. When they're together, nothing matters except for their "lover".

Today they're having another sleepover, because well why not? Both their parents know they're dating, but they don't really care, since nobody can get pregnant. Not that they did it anyway, but you know how parents are.

Karl came over early in the afternoon, so they could spend as much time as possible together. They cuddle, kiss, game and watch random things on the TV.

At one point they started getting bored, it was about 5pm, suddenly Sapnap stands up, he grabs Karl's hand and pulls him up too: "Okay, pretty boy, we're going on a date." They both start grinning widely and they quickly get ready to go.

They get in the car, driving to their destination. "So I didn't really plan this, because well, it was last minute, but I thought you might be down for some pizza?"

Karl eagerly nods, they share a small passion for pizza, it's both their favorite foods, which means they've eaten it a lot in the past few months, because they spent a lot of time together.

When they get to the pizza place they get out of the car and immediately lock hands. It's become a normality, because they enjoy it. It feels warm and comforting.

They walk into the place, it's just a small restaurant thing, you had to order at the counter. They pick their foods and walk over to their table, waiting for the food while talking about everything and nothing.

Dates have always been their favorite thing about dating, it makes them feel all giddy and nice. It was an excuse to stare into each other's eyes without a reason needed.

After a while their food arrives and they just enjoy it in silence. No words needed for the glances thrown across the table. Unspoken words hidden in their eyes. They see it, but pretend they don't, scared that they got it all wrong.

After a while they finished eating, Karl grabs Sapnap's hand from across the table and they just listen to the rumble of the restaurant together.

After a while they walk out, holding hands. As they step outsidr they noticed it already went dark.

They quickly get into the car since it had gotten a lot colder in the time they were in the restaurant. Sapnap takes off his hoodie and reveals a black turtle neck: "Here babe, put this on, we're going somewhere."

Karl hesitantly takes it: "But won't you be cold?"

"No honey, with you in my presence, I'll never be cold."

Karl blushes and quickly looks away. He puts on the hoodie, pulling the hood over his head. He breathes the scent in, freshness, Sapnap's smell. The thing he really loves about Sapnap is that he doesn't smell like anything, he just smells fresh.

Sapnap looks at Karl fondly before he drives off. He's driving them to a perfect place to stargaze at. He's always loved stargazing and he felt like Karl would too.

Soon they arrive at the place and Sapnap gets out, he's very excited. Karl immediately follows after him, grabbing his hand as soon as he's out of the car. They have to walk for about 5 minutes until they're there. The walk is filled with whispers, loving words, tender touches and sweet kisses.

Soon enough the place they're going to comes closer. They quickly walk over to the place, sitting down next to each other in the grass. They're still holding hands, Sapnap lays down, pulling Karl's hand a bit so they're laying next to each other.

"Look up at the stars, loverboy."

And that's exactly what Karl did, he looked up at the stars.

They lay there for what feels like hours. Complete silence around, but also between them. The silence is comfortable and the only thing they can focus on is the warmth the other radiates and the butterflies in their stomachs.

After an hour it becomes too cold for both of the boys to stay outside so they stand up, but they linger at the place for a bit. Not ready to leave, many unsaid words, dying to be said. Sapnap pulls Karl into his embrace, faces only a few centimeters away from each other.

He places a sweet kiss on Karl's lips and immediately pulls away. He grabs both of Karl's hands and gets lost into his eyes, he doesn't mind though. He could be lost in Karl's eyes for hours every day and he would never get tired of it.

Suddenly he breaks the silence: "I'm a competitive person and you know this." Karl lightly chuckles, not completely sure where this is going.

"But you know what, Karl? Screw the game, I don't care about winning anymore, because being in love with you like this, feels like winning every single second of my day."

Karl expected something special to come out of Sapnap's mouth, but he never thought it'd be this special. He has to gather himself for a few minutes before he answers: " Sapnap, I thought this day would never come, you don't understand how much I've longed for this day for at least the past month. It all feels so unreal, but Sapnap, I'm also in love with you."

They're both slightly emotional as they melt into each other's touch. Lips fighting against each other, tongues dancing around each other, bodies pressing against each other.

After a while they part and Sapnap is the first one to speak: "So, Karl Jacobs, will you be my boyfriend? This time no games, just you and me figuring out life together."

"Yes Sapnap, I'll be yours for however long you'll have me."
