Gerbert is Love, Gerbert is Life <3

Chapter Two

Gerard arrived at the mall after driving about 30 minutes, and walked to the downstairs part of the mall. He clocked into Hot Topic, and noticed there were a few people waiting at the door already, but not many since it was still pretty early in the morning. 

Right around noon, it was time for Gerard's lunch break. He went down to the food court, and got a veggie burger and french fries, along with Diet Coke. Once he sat down at one of the tables, he decided that he was going to call Frank. While he ate his lunch, they both talked. 

Gerard finished his lunch, and got off of the phone with Frank, then headed back into Hot Topic to finish the rest of his shift. He was finishing checking out a girl whenever he noticed a fine specimen of man walk into the store. Gerard noticed the man was going back into the new woman's panties and lingerie section of the store. There was no one else in the store, so he left the register and walked up to the man. 

"Hello, do you need any help finding anything today?" Gerard questioned. 

"Uhm actually, yeah. Could you tell me which set I should get?" The man asked, and held up two different sets of lingerie. 

Gerard looked at both of the sets he was holding up, and chose the one that looked the sexiest with all the lace that it had.

"I think this one would look super good on you." Gerard said. The one he chose was red, and had some sort of mini dress made out of lace that went over it. It also had fishnet tights included with it, Gerard would totally wear that. 

"Alright, thanks man. I'm gonna go look around a little bit, I'll tell you if I need help with anything," The man said. 

After a few minutes, the man went up to the register, with a few shirts in hand, and the set of lingerie that Gerard had picked out. 

"Is this all for today?" Gerard asked. 

"Yes, is there any way I can sign up for an account here? I've never been into this store before and I think I would like to come back." He said.

"Of course, all you need to fill out is your first and last name, email, phone number, and birthday. You can go ahead and give me your name, and birthday, it will ask for your phone number and email on the screen, then you'll have an account with us." 

"Okay, my name is Bert McCracken, and my birthday is February 25th, 1982." 

 "Alright, thank you, we have you saved in the system now," Gerard smiled, as he started to ring up the things that Bert had. 

Once Bert had left the store, Gerard waited until he wasn't able to see him, then grabbed a piece of paper, and wrote down Bert's phone number, then tucked it into his pants pocket. He went through the rest of his day, only thinking about Bert. 

Whenever it was time for him to leave, he clocked out of work, and went back out to his car. Gerard couldn't decide if he wanted to text Bert today, or wait for another day. How weird would it be if some guy he saw in a store texted him because he got his number from putting them into the stores system? Weird as fuck. Oh well, he decided quickly, and went ahead and texted him. 

'Hey, this is the guy from Hot Topic, Gerard. I know this is kind of weird and we don't know each other very well, but would you want to go for coffee at the small shop around Main St?' Gerard read through the text a few times before sending it, and sat in parking lot for a few minutes, waiting for Bert to answer. 

'Sure, I'm free for the rest of the day, when would you want to meet there?' Bert responded.

'I just clocked out of work, I can head on over there if that's fine with you,' Gerard typed back. Honestly, he was surprised that he even responded, and pretty quickly. 

'That's perfect, I'll get in the car now :)' He replied. 

After Gerard read that, he left the mall, and headed over to the coffee shop with a smile on his face.
