"Jesus Christ, Y/N I'm just up how are you so... bouncy? Hyper? Whatever you are, how?"
It was 9:00 AM for Y/N, she had been up for an hour already despite it being a Saturday plus the fact that she had went back to school for the first time for months yesterday, meaning she should maybe be a little more tired, but she really wasn't.
Meanwhile, Kenma had been up all night and eventually went to sleep at around 12:00 PM having not paid attention to the time at all.
"Sleepy Ken is so cute though. Anyways, isn't it like 5 o clock for you? How can you just be up?" Y/N asked, confused.
"I didn't pay attention to the time and my girlfriend decided to sleep and not respond to any of my messages on Discord." Kenma huffed, pouting at Y/N.
"No, your girlfriends parents decided to take her phone, so she couldn't respond." Y/N huffed back, "anyways. Guess what!"
"What's got you so excited?" Kenma asked, smiling at his girlfriends antics. "Definitely not going back to school in 2 days I can tell." Kenma said, and Y/N made a 'cringe' face.
"Definitely not. That is just hell in a nutshell. No, my dad just told me that I'm going to comic con in October! More specifically, the 10th. He got the tickets!" Y/N said, bouncing excitedly on her bed.
"Comic con? Next month? That sounds like so much fun." Kenma said, and he made a face that looked like he was thinking deeply about something.
"It will be! I'm so excited! Apparently dad bought the tickets ages ago and they wanted to surprise me but they just couldn't not--" Y/N said, but was interrupted by her mum walking into her room.
"Y/N I need you to look after your sister for a bit, your dad and I are going for shopping." Her mum had her sister in her arms, and said sister done grabby hands towards Y/N.
"Mum, I'm kinda busy.." Y/N said unwillingly, knowing she wasn't going to get out of this.
"You can still call your boyfriend as long as you just make sure Lily doesn't do anything she isn't supposed to." Her mum said, dropping the 1-year-old on Y/N's bed.
"Fine. Just don't take ages like you did last time!" Y/N said, frowning at her mum.
"We won't! We'll bring you back a McDonalds for your lunch." Her mum said, leaving the room.
-30 minutes later-
"That's Kenma. He's a cat."
"I'm a human!"
"Ca... cat?."
Y/N still say on her bed with her little sister, and was trying to teach her who Kenma was.
"Yeah, he's a cat! You can say that, Lily. Cat!"
"Cat!"
Lily pointed at Kenma on the scream, saying 'cat' over and over again, making Y/N laugh.
"I'm a human. And my name is 'Kenma' not 'cat'." Kenma said, folding his arms.
"Cat!"
Y/N roared with laughter and Kenma glared. Lily smiled and clapped her hands.
"Y/N are you able to come onto minecraft? We should have a house build battle." Kenma challenged.
"Oh, you're on." Y/N challenged back, quickly getting off her bed to turn the playstation and TV on, Lily now being occupied with some toys that Y/N had brought in earlier.
When she loaded up Minecraft, she found an invite to a world that had already been made, and received an explanation from Kenma saying that he sometimes done this with the team so there was already a world for this certain thing.
"Just how many Japanese structures are there? Like jeez why are they so cool? I want to live in Japan now. Wow look at this one! These flowers are so pretty." Y/N admired all the houses, and found one which said: 'Kiyoko's protection house.'
"Who's Kiyoko?"
"Some manager of another team. Yamamoto invited his friends from said team and they made that. Kiyoko's never been in this world." Kenma said straight-forwardly.
"Is she pretty?" Y/N asked, not jealously, just curious.
"Yep." Kenma said, "not as much as you though." He added with a smile.
"I'd better hope so 'cause I'm the best!" Y/N laughed and then immediately had to get up because Lily was trying to turn the playstation off. "No, Lily you have your own toys!"
"Maybe she's more of an Xbox or PC baby." Kenma laughed.
"She better not! Playstation is clearly superior." Y/N huffed and dragged Lily back to her own toys with much screaming.
"Well you're not wrong.." Kenma said as he started building.
"Hey don't start without me!" Y/N literally ran to get her phone and set it up so she could sit in her gaming chair.
"I'm not I swear!" Kenma laughed and then both counterparts got very competitive on making the 'best house'.
They both spent hours and hours on their houses, Y/N taking slightly longer because she was trying to multitask between sabotaging Kenma, stopping Kenma sabotaging her, making her house and taking care of her sister at the same time.
She was somewhat relieved when her parents came in with a box of 20 chicken nuggets with chips, mozzarella sticks and a large irn bru with the announcement that she was going to now be left home alone for a while. She wasn't as relieved when her dad started to try and talk to Kenma.
"Dad leave him alone we're trying to compete!" Y/N tried to get him out, but he wouldn't budge.
"Hello. You're Kenma?"
Kenma was kind of awkward and replied with awkward yet amused responses.
"Yeah I am. Your daughters boyfriend." Kenma added, smiling at Y/N's embarrassed state.
"You play games too? What's your favourite game?"
"Dad, leave! We're trying to--" Y/N started, but was interrupted by Kenma through the phone.
"I like minecraft, but Hotline Miami on my psp is probably my favourite." Kenma said, getting along well with Y/N's dad.
"Guys?? Stop ignoring me!"
"Hotline Miami? Oh yeah, that's fu-"
"Andrew! Come on we need to go!"
"Coming!"
Y/N's dad left, shutting the door behind him.
"Ready to do a tour of houses?"
"You bet. I'll win."
