(A/N)
Just thought I'd say, like by this point this fic is set in the future, so I dont know what Covid rules would be like then.
All I know is I'm going to the same comic-con as Y/N is in this fic, and I'm literally assuming that the rules are better than they are rn.

"Y/N calm down!"
"I cant, I'm too excited!"
It was really early in the morning for Y/N once again, but this time she was in her car, on her way to Edinburgh for the Comic-con she had been looking forward to for the past month. On top of that, she'd had a McDonalds for her breakfast which made her even more hyper. She was literally jumping up and down in her car seat like a child on their way to a sleepover with their cousin.
This was somewhere she had wanted to go forever, she had always begged her parents and they always refused.. until now. Now, when Y/N could most likely be trusted to go around and look at stuff on her own and be trusted.
"Well calm yourself down a bit, keep your energy for when we're there at least!" Y/N's dad laughed.
"Easy for you to say, you haven't been begging your parents for years about it!" Y/N said, bouncing her legs up and down on her seat.

Y/N sat in her seat, looking out of her window. She knew that she was going to be there really really soon, and was more and more excited than ever. She had been silent for ages, showing her excitement outwardly by bouncing her legs up and down non stop the whole way. She was ready to get put of the car, but she had 15 minutes to go and she felt like she couldn't wait any more at all.
"Like a child going to the zoo, Y/N." Her mum muttered, shooting a grin through the passenger mirror.
She ignored her, still looking out of the window, her eyes filled with admiration. Despite literally being Scottish, she had never visited Edinburgh before, and despite the fact that there was alot of rubbish around, the city had an old-looking aesthetic to it, which Y/N loved very much.
"Wait that looked like--"
Y/N was convinced that she'd seen a certain tall messy haired boy walking down the street with a bag in his hand. She looked back down the street but didn't see him.
"Mummmm I'm hallucinating!" Y/N said, "I swear I just saw Kuroo but he isn't there! I'm going crazy!"
Y/N's mum and dad laughed and Y/N looked back out the window, admiring the large stone buildings of Edinburgh again.
Not long after.
Y/N came bolting out of the car when they arrived, running straight onto the big field they were met by, looking absolutely crazy but absolutely not caring because she was so excited.
"You really are like a child again, Y/N." Her mum said, coming up to her with Lily in her buggy.
"I'm just excited! Come on, we need to need to need to get in!" Y/N kept in time with her parents this time, looking around at all her surroundings. When they went into the big building, the temperature inside was sweltering, so Y/N pulled off her jacket and scarf and put them on Lily's buggy, not wanting to carry them. She also put her mask on, even though it heated up her face even more.
They got checked in, and Y/N immediately wanted to see everything, so she pretty much dragged her parents around the whole place, looking at anything and everything she could find. At around 12:30, her parents put a stop to it and made her go with them to the Café to get food.
Y/N got a small cake and (of course) a bottle of irn bru. When she finished eating, she had to wait ages because Lily decided to take a decade to be fed, so she took out her phone and started going through messages in the group chat.

Y/N ran after the parents and sister, putting her phone in her pocket as she went.
"You left without me!" Y/N huffed, panting slightly.
"Well we're sorry we just thought you might want to see someone else!" Y/N's mum smiled knowingly.
"What? Mum, what do you mean?"
"Cat! Cat! Cat!" Lily seemed to be pointing behind Y/N, confusing her to no end.
"Cats aren't allowed inside here?" Y/N turned around and her vision was immediately met by the best sight in the world.
2 boys, one tall, one slightly shorter.
One had messy hair, and the other had longer dyed hair that was growing in at the roots.
It was her boyfriends best friend and her boyfriend.
In Scotland.
Standing right there in front of her.
"WHAT?!"
"Hey, Y/N!"
