It was 11AM and Y/N was looking through her Instagram as she awaited on a reply from her friend, Kenma. They had been talking pretty much 24/7 over the past week and Y/N knew it was safe to call him a friend.
Y/N had finished all her online schoolwork for that day and she thought that Kuroo probably made Kenma do all his homework again, which, Y/N thought, was why Kenma would take a while to reply.
Y/N also noticed that she'd been playing Minecraft more than she used to before meeting Kuroo and Kenma. Before that day, she would usually play racing games and stuff as she wasn't into shooting games and stuff, as was Kenma, she found out.
She got so lost in her thoughts while scrolling that she almost missed a post by "Volleyball+Chemistry11" It was a Minecraft screenshot that had been posted a week before. She would have just scrolled past it if all 3 skins didn't look familiar. She stared at the photo for awhile, trying to figure out why it looked so familiar.
She got a notification in Discord and figured it was from Kenma and quickly replied. Usually when he took awhile to reply it did mean he was busy, whether it was a level in a game or schoolwork that Kuroo would make him do, so she knew it would be another while until he replied again.
She kept looking at the post and then read the caption. It read: "@playstation.superior" and I made a new friend on the MC server today, Ken got her on Discord, but i dont have that :(( but we'll meet again soon hopefully!!💙"
"Oh my god.." Y/N spoke her thoughts aloud to herself. "Is that.. Kuroo?" She looked through the account after liking the photo, and only found about 4 or 5 other Minecraft photos. There was alot more Chemistry memes and photos with other people. There was a few photos with the same people in the same red uniforms with the exception of one small, brown-haired boy who wore white.
Y/N looked at the caption of one of the photos of what she assumed was the volleyball team that Kenma had nebtuoned quite a few times throughout their friendship. It read: "We won in a match against Shiratorizawa today! So proud of everyone! So lucky to be captain.."
"Captain?!?!" Y/N thought to herself as she screenshotted a couple photos, trying to figure out who Kenma was. Was he the tall blonde with glasses? Or perhaps the taller, owl-looking silver haired boy?
She looked further down his page. Wait, no it had to be the smallish boy eith long, Jaw-length hair. It HAD to be. She screenshotted the photo and scrolled back up to the top, stopping at a photo that was posted a minute ago. There was 2 photos attached, the first one said "before" and it was a photo of the whole team, the other was labelled after, and it was another photo of the whole team, but they all looked tired oit with the exception of one.
"I dont really like getting tired out either but im in a volleyball team with Rooster here..."
Yeah that was definitely him.
Y/N went onto Discord to tell Kenma all about her discovery, rolling onto her front with her blankets on her back. ——————————————————
