The Afternoon

Charlie's POV:

I was in the kitchen when I heard the doorbell. I felt how I got nervous, I really hate to be nervous! I always fell that I need to throw up...
Tré opened the door and Billie and Mike immediately fell into his arms. It was so sweet to see how much they care about each other, I always wished I had such a strong friendship but I never had.
Tré, Billie and Mike sat down on the couch when I heard Tré yelling "Charlie, Billie and Mike are here. And Billie brought his son Jakob with him. Would you like to come and say hello?"
Billie's son Jakob? I thought to myself. I know both his sons, I saw them on a few pictures. So I made my way from the kitchen into the living room.
When I stood there, everyone was staring at me. I took a deep breath and said hello.
Right when I said that, Mike stood up and went in my direction. He held out his Hand and said "Hey Charlie, nice to meet you! How are you doing?"
Mike really is such a  kind and polite person. I thought to myself. I took his hand and answered "Hi, nice to meet you too! I'm doing good, thanks for asking!"
Now I could see Billie behind Mike, he also held his hand out and said "Hi, I'm Billie" with a smile on his face. And of course, I took his hand and said hi to him too.
"And this is my son Jakob" he added and pointed on Jakob.
Jakob just smiled at me and said hi.
We were talking a while and Billie and Mike asked me a lot of questions. "You're a fan of us, what is your favourite album of us?" Billie asked interested. Hmm well, that's a hard question. I love so many of your albums but I'd say that dookie is my favourite album. That might sound standard but on that album, every song is fire. But I also like warning and nimrod a lot, I said.
"That isn't standard, dookie is actually one of our best albums" said Billie and looked at me.
"And what's your favourite song? Or do you even have a favourite one?" Asked Mike.
Yeah I have one, I said and looked down to my feet. It's dominated love slave. Immediately when I said that, Tré said
"WHAT?! That is your favourite song??? Why? There are so much better ones." He couldn't believe what I just said.
I answered him "yes there are better ones but you sing that song and I like it when you sing" and smiled at him.
Tré just whispered "Thank you" so that only I could here it.
"I guess, I don't need to ask you, who you like the most of us" said Billie and laughed
"Of course it's Tré, I'm sorry boys" I said and laughed back.
We all started laughing so hard until Mike asked me one last question "do you play any instruments?"
Yes I play the guitar but I'd love to play the drums but my mom never allowed me to learn it." I replied and felt how my voice started to sound a little said.
Tré turned around and almost yelled for joy "why didn't you said that earlier? I teach you how to play drums!" REALLY? That'll be super awesome! I said exited.
"Of course!" He replied smiling.
After almost one hour, Jakob finally said something too. "Hey Charlie, do you skate? Because you're wearing a Thrasher tshirt?" He asked interested.
Yes I do! I answered exited. "That's sick! I skate too. He said.
"Jakob, what do you think of showing Charlie a bit of our hometown? You could skate around" asked Billie his son.
"Sure, I have my longboard with me. What do you think Charlie?" Jakob said.
I'd love to but I don't have my skateboard here... I had to leave it in Germany" I answered sadly. I really miss my skateboard...
"I think I have a longboard in the garage" said Tré and made his way to the garage to check if there is still one.
After 10 minutes he came back and really found a longboard. "Here you can take this one" Said Tré happy and gave it to me.
"Then let's go" said Jakob exited.
We went outside with our longboards and started our little tour....
