Sparks (Draco Malfoy)

𝟨. 𝐼 𝒟𝒾𝒹 𝐼𝓉

"Are you ready?" She asks as she picks up the test.

"Yes." I answer, ready to here the thing that will change my life forever.

"You're pregnant." She says. My hand flew to my moth to stifle a sob. I'm not ready for a kid. Not right now a I'm only twenty five, and I know David would want a kid. Our house isn't even big enough for one.

"It's okay, Li." Cho tries to comfort me. "Come on, you're coming to my house. Cedric is at work but I'm sure he wouldn't mind. We can have a sleepover, like old times."

"O-okay." I finally give in. For at least a year all my friends have been trying to get me out of a relationship with David. I've been to blind to see it.

I can see it now.
I see how bad this is.
I want out.

He raped me.
He put a child inside of me.
He didn't have my permission.

"I apparated here, so do you think you can do it?" She asks and I nod, standing up. She takes my hand, flicking her wand. We land inside her studio apartment and she immerse me to the couch. "Is there anything I can get you? Do you want me to call anyone?"

"Call LeeShaun." I say with no context. She nods, pulling out her phone and making a phone call. Within ten minutes there was  sounding on the door. Cho opened it and LeeShaun stumbled in with of breathe and with a pint of ice cream.

"I'm sorry I'm late! I had to stop at the store, I didn't have any rocky road at home, and I know that's your favorite kind." He handed me the ice cream and Cho got me out a spoon and a blanket. "What's up?"

"I did it."

"You did it?" He says and I nod which immediately brings a smile to his face. He's practically giggling with excitement.

"I'm done with him." I say.

"What changes your mind?! What finally broke the chain?!" He's jumping up and down at this point.

"He- well- he- uhm... he took advantage of me and I didn't want him too." I choke out, LeeShaun's ears practically had smoke coming out of them. His mood changed quicker than anything I've ever seen before.

"I'm going to fucking kill that bastard!" LeeShaun storms toward the door, opening it aggressively to show a frazzled Cedric.

"I-hey guys." He waved awkwardly. "What are we all doing here?" He asked, waking in looking around the room. Cho stepped over to him, whispering something in his ear. His eyes immediately widened and the darkened. "Are you okay?" Cedric asked in a worried tone.

"I- uhm- I'm pregnant now. We hadn't y'know for a long time before that so I'm sure it's the only way I could've gotten pregnant."

"You've got a child inside of you?" LeeShaun asks taken aback. "Are you keeping it?"

"I don't know?" I say as tears prickle up in my eyes. "It just feels so wrong putting a child in the middle of all of this. I don't know what I should do at this point."

"Well, whatever you choose, I'm here for you one hundred percent." Cho says, coming over to dig on the couch with me, patting me on the back.
