Travis had gotten home, and nestled back into bed, just in time, before his dad got home.

"Travis!", Kenneth yelled from downstairs. "Come down here! I have important news!"

Travis rolled his eyes, getting up and heading downstairs. It was probably something stupid, something small, something Travis wouldn't really care about.

"We're moving!", Melissa said, once Travis reached the end of the stairs.

"We're... We're what?...", He muttered.

"We're moving, Melissa found this cute little house in Georgia, and, we think it would be good to restart our lives some place different", Kenneth placed his coat, on the coat rack that was placed beside the front door.

"... Is this a joke?", Travis anxiously giggled.

"Of course not!", Melissa said with a smile. "We think it would be good to get out of this town, start a new life with our new family...", Melissa sighed. She seemed so happy about this... And so did his dad. But he just... He didn't know how to process this.

"You can go back up to your room now", Kenneth growled, and Travis did so.

Immediately plopping down on his bed to message Sal.

💙: What's up? :)

✝️: I have news....

💙: Oh no! What happened?!

✝️: ....

✝️: I'm moving...

💙: Like, houses?

✝️: Well yeah...

💙: Then isn't that a good thing?

✝️: Sal, I'm moving out of state.

💙: ...

💙: :/ Are you serious?

✝️: Yeah.

💙: Why tho?

✝️: I'm not sure.

💙: Well, will we be able to hang out before you go? :)

✝️: Probably not...

💙: :( Why?

✝️: My dad doesn't want us talking any more.

💙: ... Did he find out?...

✝️: Yeah.

💙: Oh

💙: I'm so sorry-

✝️: It's fine.

💙: So now what?

✝️: Good-bye?

💙: ....

💙: Goodbye Travis.

💙: Will we ever see eachother again?...

✝️: I'm not sure.

💙: Travis...

✝️: Yes?

💙: I love you ....

✝️: I love you too, Sal. :)

💙: Well, Goodbye... Will I at least see you at school tomorrow?

✝️: I hope so.
