"It was only a matter of time before I found out, so yeah. I know. But now's not the time to chit chat." I said, before focusing on the aliens. Well, I can at least practice my magic this way, and something told me it was going to be great practice.

Nat was just staring at me, a million emotions crossing her face and I sighed. As much as I would love to just sit down and have a chit chat about her not telling me the truth, right now was not the most ideal time for it. I blasted an alien away with a shot of my magic, quite enjoying the familiar tingling sensation in my hand from whenever I used my magic, and sighed.
"Nat, we'll talk about this when we're not fighting aliens from outer space." I muttered, and she nodded drawing out her guns. Thor readied his hammer, Steve adjusted his shield, Hulk roared which hurt my ears in all honesty, Clint readied his bow and arrow, Tony readied his suit, and I just activated my magic to encase my body, ready to be used however I needed it. I watched, still not quite believing what I was seeing as the aliens, called the Chitauri, came down and climbed on the buildings, yelling towards us, and I clenched my fists. This was crazy... Aliens existed!? At that moment, I glanced at the portal and saw a lot more of those prehistoric fish looking ships come out of the portal, and I swallowed nervously.
"Um, guys? You might want to look at the portal..." I muttered, and everybody looked at the portal before freezing in surprise. Steve tightened the shield against his arm, and took a step forward.
"It's time to fight. Keep your eyes out for Loki. Freya, do you think you can handle those ships if we handle the little guys?" Steve asked, and I stared at the ships for a moment, calculating. I could easily take down those ships, but doing so would exhaust a ton of magic, which could cause my magic to become unstable. If that happens, I would be more of a hinder to them than a help. I sighed, knowing what was more important right now, and looked to Steve and just nodded. Using my magic, I levitated until I was about the height of the ships, and intensely focused on them, basically creating a target lock on them. Once I had a majority if not all of them locked in, I raised my hand and drew energy from the targeted ships. I watched in satisfaction as they all fell the ground, and then with the energy I collected, I overloaded the ships with the same energy I drew from them, causing them to explode. I felt unsteady the second I released the energy, and made my way back to the ground, stumbling a bit before catching my balance and looked around. That's when I realized I had no idea what this Loki character even looked like. I'm sure he was this big bad guy that had this intimidating presence. I mean, to lead an army like this? He had to be. Right?
"Any sign of Loki?" I asked, and it was quiet for a moment. Meaning nobody knew where he was. Damn it! This wasn't good at all... Suddenly Clint chuckled, and I looked over to where he was perched on the roof and saw him ready his bow. Meaning he has eyes on Loki. Brilliant.
"Got him." Clint said, and I watched as he fired an arrow. I followed the arrow, and watched someone catch it, before seeming to give Clint an annoyed look, almost as if he was annoyed that Clint underestimated him. I smirked, and then moments later the arrow exploded sending the man flying and landing somewhere on the Stark Tower. Bingo.
"He's on the balcony of Stark Tower." Clint said through the earpieces, and I smirked levitating myself with my magic once more, making sure to keep my magic flow steady so I didn't cause it to become unstable.
"I got him." I said, and began to head towards the Stark Tower when Nat spoke up, sounding a bit out of breath but otherwise alright. Well at least she was alive. I'm glad. Not that I doubted her ability to fight, because in hand to hand she will always kick my ass. More so just a sense of knowing she was handling kicking alien ass.
