Ch. 14: Happy Birthday, Ai!

I spent the week in pain.

Nice senpais, means senpais, my friends. Then, I come back to a lonely room and cried.

I barely got any sleep, paranoid that my mean senpais would sneak in and take revenge.

I would be in zombie mode for the rest of the day, wondering if Ai was coming back yet.

And, suddenly, Sunday March 1, Ai's birthday. He comes back.

I wandered the hall in zombie mode. I probably looked like a mess.

"_________!" Ai's voice floated through the hall. "_______ I'm back!"

I turned around. "Ai!" I cried, on the verge of collapsing. "Okairi! And, happy birthday!"

He went in for a hug.

I collapsed into his arms.

"_________?!" He cried.

*Third POV*

STARISH and Qartet Night burst through the door to music rooom #3.

"Oi, Mikaze, what's wrong?!" Camus asked.

"_________.... she just collapsed and.... I don't..... Reiji, what happned?! YOu were suppose to take care of her!" Ai yelled, frantic.

"I don't know! I watched her... I mean, she seemed like she was sick or like a zombie disease had infected her!" Reiji answered.

"She seemed good when we tutored her!" Syo said.

"And when we tutored her, she seemed like she stalled..." Ranmaru said.

"What class did she have after Quartet Night's class?" Ai snapped.

"Umm.... the new senpais---" Tokiya started.

Ai suddenly stood up, and stormed to Shining's office.

"Shining!" Ai said.

The crazy man looked up from his desk. "YYYYYEEESSSSSS, MMMMMRRRR. MIIIIKAAAZZZEEE?!"

"Those new senpais are getting out of hand!" Ai said. "All of them except for Arata and Fuuto!"

"IIISss that right?" Shining asked. "Tell me, Mr. Mikaze, what is it you wish for your birthday?"

Ai stopped short. There were two things he wanted in the world. 1) experience love, and a healthy relationship with _____ without any intteruptions. 2) no one to hurt _____

"What I want for my birthday is..." Ai thought about it. _____'s safety comes first. "I want you to take away those senpais' rights to the idol life."

Shining thought about it. "Are you sure that's what you want?"

Ai nodded vigorously. '_____'s safety comes first. I can convince Shining to take away the no love rule later.'

"TTTTHHHHHEEEEEN, your wish is my command!" Shining said. "They were crappy idols anyway! I must've made a grave mistake hiring them. They will get the notice tomorrow. Fuuto and Arata can stay."

Ai nodded, approving. "Arigato gozaimasu."

Well, one of his birthday wishes had come true.

What he didn't know is that his second wish might not come as easily as the first.
