"Good work."

The next afternoon, Gulf was already at Mew's house. They went to his room, and once Gulf told him about the night before, Mew reacted with that line.

"You're only saying that becaue you didn't have to do it."

"No, I didn't have to do it," Mew replied, mimicking Gulf's sulky words.

Supposedly they were equals, but Mew had a habit of teasing Gulf.
Maybe it was unavoidable since Mew took the lead so often in their sex lives. But Gulf was a man too, and Mew's attitide annoyed him.

"If you're going to be like that, I'm going home."

"Gulf?" He didn't seem to understand why Gulf was upset. Gulf walked toward the door, and Mew came chasing quickly after him.

"Are you leaving?"

But he didn't apologize. An assertive man like him wouldn't be able to recognize his faults easily. That was the way he was, and Gulf loved him, so maybe it was stupid of him to get upset. But even so, Gulf couldn't help being who he was, and it aggravated him to admit the truth of that.

Mew knew he wasn't going to leave. Gulf could tell. And since Mew wasn't going to apologize, Gulf had to fold.

"Gu-lf."

"What would you do if I left?" Gulf stopped just inside the front door and turned back to look at Mew. He bit down on his lip.

"Come on, you're not really going to leave."

Now that Mew had gone and said that, there was nothing Gulf could do but admit defeat.

"I hate you."

"Are you sure about that?"

Mew lifted Gulf's drooping head with a finger under his chin and drew closer to his tilted face. He pressed his lips against Gulf's, as if fondly tasting him, and as he pulled away their gazes locked, close enough to feel each other's breath. They kissed again, deeply.

"I've been waiting for today," Mew whispered happily.

"Me too."

"Really?" Mew asked between adoring kisses.

"Really," Gulf answered between the same kisses. Their kisses grew deeper and his body temperature shot up.

Ever since the moment Gulf arrived and seen Mew's face when he'd opened the door, Gulf had been waiting for this moment. Even when he'd been annoyed with himself for letting the kisses soothe him, he'd been waiting for it.

Mew's hands moved to Gulf's groin and stripped away the clothes that were on his way. Gulf was already getting excited. Mew gave him a light caress, then reached toward the back with his fingers.

Gulf pulled Mew's belt off and guided him free of his pants.

Even just a slight rubbing against the entrance made its petals bloom, easily accepting Mew inside. Even in this rather unnatural standing position, facing each other, the two burned for each other and encountered no difficulty. When Mew hooked Gulf's leg over his arm, their balance may have been bad, but their union was that much deeper.

"Mew---"

"It's so warm inside you---"

Even Mew's voice brought him pleasure. Gulf squeezed hard against the hot, familiar flesh and tried to coax from it his fill of the caresses it brought.
