I start Monday off with a cute outfit. A low-cut striped top and Jean shorts. I have always been into fashion since I first opened up my eyes.
I go searching in my bag, looking for my last piece of gum, when I feel a wrinkle of paper. I pull it out, knowing I would keep my bag neat and organized and never shove anything in the pockets beside gum.
"This sneaky little asshole..." I whisper out loud.
Eriks POV from Friday
I reach for her bag, shoving her cash back in her pocket quickly that she managed to seek in my shorts. She must have done that when I changed into my suit. I laugh to myself quietly. She thought she was sneaky, but so doesn't know she's wrong.Ellie's POV
I walk down my porch to my bus stop at the corner of the houses. I glance around like I do every morning. I took a quick peek at my shoes, noticing my sock was inside out. I look at the girls in front of me, wondering if I should quickly take off my shoe and fix it. My mind settles on waiting until I get on the bus.I see the bus coming along with a car in front of it. I hear multiple beeps and the girls in front of me get excited.
"Is that... Erik Menendez?" The girl asks her friend.
The blonde girl nods in excitement.
Her brunette friend looks back at Erik's jeep and then looks at Laura, the annoying blonde. "Is he here for you? I did see you two talking in class. Are you two a thing?"
Laura bites her lip. "We were hitting it off..."
Erik slows down next to the curb. I see him wave, so I start to walk when both of the girls walk in front of me. They knock on his widow, and he rolls it down. Laura leans in, chatting to Erik. Cindy, with the brunette hair, looks at me up and down and looks back at Erik. They both lean off his car, giving me one of their stares. Erik honks, and I run to his car.
"What did they want?" I say, opening up the door.
"They thought I was giving them a ride."
"Aw, why didn't you... I heard you and Laura were hitting it off." I say in an annoying voice.
He smiles. "I assisted on her locker."
I crack out a high. "Ah, the old locker trick."
Erik waits for the bus to move in front of us.
"Locker trick?"
"She acts like she doesn't know how to open a locker with every handsome boy."
The bus moves, and he puts his right arm on the wheel.
"Do you think I am handsome?"
I look him up and down. "You are okay..." I lean close to him. "That kid in our first period... What's his name..." I say, trying to think. "Oh! Elvin! He's very...very handsome... Wouldn't you agree?"
