"A...a building collapsed on him." My mom said with tears slipping out of her eyes. "Well, he's okay right!" I frantically said. She turned her head sideways back and fourth as tears built up on her cheeks, staring out the window.

I woke up the next morning with puffy eyes. Hayes left last night. I walked downstairs to my mom sitting at the table. "I'm going for a walk just to let everything settle." I said to my mom as she slowly nodded. I penny boarded to where ever the road would take me .

I arrived at a field filled with tall wild flowers and weeds. I set down my penny board next to the telephone pole and slowly went down the small decline to the field. There are tons of violets, tiger lillys , and daisys. I sat on the edge of the side walk just looking down and my vans. Things were going well. I guess nothing gold can stay (outsiders haha) I looked at the faded bruise on my inner thigh. I remembered once when I got beat up about a year and a half ago. Jake punched me because 'I was stupid'. He broke my nose, but I pretended that I broke it throwing the football with Cassy. The bought it. "God." I whispered shedding a few tears. "Why me!" I whispered as I looked up into the heavens. "Why my dad!" I said now continuing to cry. "He was only about half way through is life!" I started to yell. "Why'd you have to take him, was it his time?" I said as I dug my hands into the dirt.
I picked a ton of flowers, with me holding the stems of about a bowling ball wide , combined. I held some more in my teeth as I picked up my penny board and skated to the cemetery.

When I arrived, I put a flower by every grave. I figure that not everyone here gets visitors, or at least they didn't. My dad was in his early 40s. He taught me how to ride my bike, how to fish, basically everything that I use and do today. You don't realize how important someone is to you, or how much you love them, until they're gone. Forever.
"I didn't even get to say goodbye." I whispered lightly crying, soon turning into a raging storm. "I bet he's an amazing angel, I know he is up there with you, in heaven." I said swirling a daisy in my hand. "He was an amazing person."

"Are you okay sweetie!" My mom yelled to me as I walked into the door. "yeah sorry mom." I said as I ran up and hugged her. "It's okay, it's just I can't loose you. Remember you're my everything." My mom looked me in the eyes. I smiled and slowly walked up the stairs. I pulled out my blade and held it to my wrist. I used to cut, but I stopped about a half year ago, when Hayes came. I closed my eyes and dug into my skin. Blood came rushing out as i rushed to the sink. I held my arm over the drain and let the sorrows drain out. "Don't worry dad." I said as I looked at he flickering light above my head. "I'll be coming soon enough."

Ooooo cliff hanger!
