He's three minutes and forty seconds late to the airport and my nerves aren't helping the situation one bit. I dialed his number again and i got his voicemail
"This little piece of shit I'm going to twist his balls and-----"
"And I'm right behind you"
I turned around to stare at my supposed fiance " you. Are. Late"
"I apologize, i couldn't get a taxi, i hope you forgive me seeing as you plan on twisting my balls"
I cleared my throat " that was my irritation speaking, i'm just really nervous about pulling this off"
"It's fine i understand, just don't think about any what ifs ok?"
"Ok, sure i can do that. My sister is going to pick us up from the airport and she can be a little much"

"I'M RIGHT HERE BITCH" Josephine screamed after she saw us coming out of the airport
"So the woman screaming and waving at us is your sister?"
"Wow, she's beautiful"
For some crazy reason i didn't like that statement " sure she is, let's go"
When we got to her car, she stared at him for far too long if you ask me
"Looking at this hunk of heavenly goodness almost makes me want to be straight" she stretched her arm out "I'm Josephine but you can call me Josey You beautiful man"
He laughed lightly and shook her hand before bringing it to his lips " Kaleb Anderson at your service"
"Ooohh a charmer, I'm impressed sis, I'm very impressed"
"Not to ruin the moment or anything we have to go Josey before mom starts getting cranky"
"Oh yeah sure" she opened the booth of her car and placed our bags inside before we started our journey home
"Just so you know, everyone is around, i mean everyone"
I paled " are you telling me every single family member is in that house right now"
"Yes, they are having coffee and cake and gossiping like women from the sixties"
"This is bad, really bad"
She pulled into the driveway and turned to stare at Kaleb "you are in for some drama hun, You better buckle up"
Kaleb smiled "i can take the heat"
We got out of the car and she took our bags inside but i was too terrified to follow
"Hey, we'll get through this together okay, i won't let those people hurt you either physically or emotionally, I'm not just here to be your fiance, I'm here to protect you, so let's do this together"
I smiled up at him "together" then he opened the door
"About time you guys came in" JoJo said holding a glass of wine "I was worried i would have to bundle you in, come on, the family is at the back they are waiting for you"
I gulped and tightened my hold on Kaleb's hand that i just realised that I've been holding
"Let's go"
When we got to the backyard, the noise stopped and everyone turned to look our way, my father was the first to come up to me and hugged me. I almost burst into tears
"I missed you sweet pea"
I hugged him back as tight as i could "i missed you too papa"
He let go of me and stared hard at Kaleb "you must be the man that proposed to my daughter without my permission"
