a/n: i'm sorry for not posting & writing as much. i have been slowly losing interest in writing this story but i am continuing because i want to make you all happy. i have planned out what is going to happen next and i am slowly writing the chapters. i am also busy with work, but I promise i will be writing more since I am off school.

August 30th, 1996
Draco's POV

It's been about a month of having this scar on my arm, going to the meetings, and feeling weak after learning new spells.

Mum is always worried about me and I worry about what could happen too.

After everything that has gone bad, the only thing I have seen brighten up is Juniper. It is like weight has been lifted off of her.

Learning these new spells are tiring, and having Auntie Bella as a teacher isn't the best. Having her in my head is painful, and she is also focused on teaching Juni how to apparate better.

"No. Do it again." she commanded me as I was unable to block her out of my head.

"Just try thinking about nothing." Juni said from behind Auntie Bella.

"Thinking of nothing will do nothing." Bellatrix snapped at me. "Now do it!"

She pointed her wand at me as she went through my mind and memories. I built walls around them, but the pain was excruciating.

"Bellatrix, you're hurting him!" I hear Juniper yell out.

"He needs to learn!" she snapped back.

My head was pounding, my skull felt like it was being ripped apart. I blocked her from seeing my memories, the big events and the little ones.

Suddenly the pain lessened. I am a panting and sweating mess as I kneel on the floor. The banging in my head lifted slightly, and my back slouched.

"You do it now." Bellatrix turns to Juniper with her finger pointing at Juni's wand, wanting her to look into my mind.

"What? No. He needs to rest." Juni fumed.

"You will do it!" Bella raised her voice.

"He is weak Bellatrix!" Juni said louder.

"Don't speak to me like that!" Bella hit her with her discipline, the Cruciatus curse.

Juniper fell down to the ground, reddening from the pain.

"Expulso!" I pointed my wand at my aunt as I stayed on the floor.

The blue ball of light thrusted her into the hard wooden wall of the manor, stopping her actions on Juniper.

"You wretched little boy!" She quickly got up and pointed her wand at me.

I began to move my wand to defend myself from my aunt but mother had different plans.

"Enough." She said from the top of the stairs, looking down at the three of us. "Draco. Juniper. Go get dressed."

I slowly stood up, my knees weak and wobbling. I stumbled my way towards Juniper, I helped her get her sore body off from the tile floor.

"Manky bitch." Juni muttered as she gave a nasty look to my aunt.

I helped Juni walk up the stairs as her hand clutched her stomach. Both of us weak and tired from hours of nonstop training.
