August 18th, 1994
Juniper's POVI'm already up and ready for the day, it's about six in the morning. The sun is already shining, but it shines differently here on the Malfoy's acres of land.
It's more calm and subtle, feels very light. It's not how it is back at my manor, the sunlight bounces off the light cream colored walls.
Enough about the sunlight, I have to get dressed. I chose to wear a one arm black romper, it was still summer so I didn't want to sweat a lot.
After I got done getting ready, I went off to eat breakfast. The boys were already downstairs eating, I wasn't that hungry so I only ate two slices of the left over sourdough bread from last nights dinner.
Lucius entered the kitchen and startled all of us with a loud thump of his cane. "Hurry up, children we have to make sure nobody takes our reserved seats. Also, don't bring your bags, we aren't staying for long." We scurried out of the manor, Lucius reached out a silver rustic key as the port key.
We all held on to the key and soon enough we landed at the Quidditch World Cup. Tents filling up the land, people chanting for their team, wizards zipping through the air on their brooms.
We then followed Lucius through the hundreds of tents, and finally found ours, it was in a more secluded area with less noise and people. We put down our bags and rested for a little while.
It's been about an hour and the game was beginning soon, we entered the stadium. Draco told Blaise and I, that Cornelius Fudge personally invited my family and the Malfoy's.
Narcissa thought is was a good idea to bring Blaise along since she knew my parents didn't like big crowds like this. As we walked through the many paths to get to our seat we follow the long hair man to a railing.
"Blimey, Dad. How far up are we?" a familiar voice was heard amongst the thousands of witches and wizards chants. The boys and I look up at the stairs, Weasley's. The voice belonged to Ronald Weasley, a fucking blood traitor if you ask me.
"Well put it this way, if it rains...you'll be the first to know" Lucius jokes towards the redhead family, mud blood Hermione, and Saint Potter. Blaise and I look at each other and chuckle.
"Silvius, Zabini, Father and I, are in the minister's box by personal invitation of Cornelius Fudge himself." Draco said is a cocky way.
"Don't boast Draco." Blaise said, the four of us move closer to the ministers box, I hit Draco's stomach lightly as we walk.
"He's right, there's no need with these people" I finally raised my voice a little so the group can hear clearly. I had to find a good time to speak up.
The group tried to turn away but Lucius had to have the final word amongst us. "Do enjoy yourself, won't you? While you can." We all gave them a grimace smile and I fluttered my fingers are them.
Once we reach our seats we shake hands with Mr. Fudge. "It seems that your family have taught you well Miss Silvius. I did not expect that you were going join in our little conversation."
"Thank you sir. My parents always told me that our rankings were too high, and that I shouldn't mess it up." I responded to the older Malfoy.
Mum and Dad cared about rankings too much. When I told them about being friends with Tracey Davis, a half blood, when I came home for Christmas holidays; they locked me in my room for a week. They only gave me food once, it wasn't much.
I was starving, I was only a child.
As the game started and the Vratsa Vultures of Bulgaria flew through the sky, Blaise, Draco and I howled our favorite players names. Blaises favorite player was Chaser, Vasily Dimitrov. I was chanting for their other Chaser, Clara Ivanova, while Draco was cheering for the seeker, Viktor Krum.
It's now after the quidditch game, our team won of course. We were cheering, singing, and dancing within our tent while Lucius was out somewhere.
Our bodies were filled with adrenaline, faces red from the heat coming off our bodies as we celebrated the win of the 1994 Quidditch World Cup.
"Bloody hell, those people seem to be more cheerful than us" Blaise spoke as he interrupted our fun. He was right, people were screaming but it didn't sound like it was excited screaming. More deathly, scared screaming. All three of us poked our heads out of the tent entrance, our eyes opened wide, we all looked at each other with fear in our eyes.
Soon enough we were running past crowds of people, tents on fire, screaming. The three of us have our hands interlocked, my left hand holding my Blaises hand as my right hand holds my wand, but also Dracos free hand. The tall blond tries to lead us to a high hill.
Wind hits my left palm, I look back. I lost Blaise among the crowd of people.
"Draco! Blaise isn't here!" I try to yell over the screaming. I pull his arm so he can stop, "Draco! Blaise is gone!"
He stops and grabs hold of my shoulders, making me face him. "What do you mean Juni?" He asked me with fear in his eyes, ash smudges on his cheek.
"We lost him in the crowd. I have to find him, I can't lose him." I try to turn around and break away from Draco's grasp but he pulls me by my wrist and brings us towards the hill. We soon reach the top of the hill, still no sign of my best friend. Tears come flooding my eyes and rolling down my cheek.
"We can't go back there Juni, Blaise will be fine. Just stop fucking crying. You're showing your slut-ness for Zabini" Draco said as he uncomfortably had his arm around me, his thumb creating circles on my bicep. Draco tried to comfort me, it wasn't working especially with the word he called me. Slut.
Screams are still being heard, but this time there were black hooded figures with silver masks. Could it be? The Dark Lords mark was then shot up into the sky, moving and haunting everyone around.
"Shit, I thought I fucking lost you guys forever" Blaise came running up the hill towards us, I wipe the tears and the fear off my face once I notice his presence. I pull him into a warm embrace, he smells like nasty smoke but with a hint of his cologne. He released our hug. "There's like a dozen death eaters down there, fucking wild" He looked back and fourth between Draco and I.
"It's his mark in the sky, we have to go now." Draco spoke sternly while taking out the port key from his pants pocket.
"What about Lucius? You can't just leave him here." I rose my voice at him after he said his stupid sentence.
"I could care less about my father, now hurry your ass here and grab onto the bloody key!" He raised his voice against me, I noticed Blaise already was grabbing the key so I followed the blokes order.

Hello boys, girls and my non-binary folks! I thought it was a good idea to have our main girl show her emotional side towards the end of the chapter, since she was showing her baddie side in the stadium. I am trying to show that how close she is with Blaise since they have a sibling bond, but in the process of that I am also trying to show her growing friendship with Draco. Anyways I hope you guys have a lovely day, afternoon, or night!xxx, CM
