Every year, the Global Hero Association updates the listing of which heroes represent the vary best of their profession, and humanity as a whole. Though less and less people actually pay attention to the annual rankings, it stills instills a sense of hope and safety when you see one of these heroes around.

1. Seraph

Name: Jaclynn Hodge
Age: 31
Power: Guardian Angel
- Seraph's power grants the power of flight, allowing her soar at incredible speeds with large glowing wings that emerge when she activates her power. These wings are incredibly durable and strong and can act as a shield when she needs them to. It also grants her immense strength, durability, and reflexes above those of any other, including the incredibly powerful #2 hero. The last facet of her power is her ability sense a general level of danger in the area. She's described her sixth sense as a sort of magnetic force on her attention, letting her know where danger is the greatest. It's not clear what constitutes what the greatest danger is, but she theorizes that she can sense when someone feels endangered and goes into 'fight or flight mode' and the greatest accumulation of such a feeling is what draws her attention the most. The recent flooding of New York City, she said, was when the loudest her sixth sense had ever become.

2. GHA's Primary Chief of Heroics, Minerva

Name: Rachael King
Age: 92 (Physcially in her mid 40s)
Power: Olympian Form
- Minerva's power grants her numerous passive abilities, such as enhanced strength, speed, and durability. The most valuable asset is her tactical genius, sharpened by her power and honed to perfection over years of experience. Most notably, however, is her slowed aging process. She's estimated to age at half the rate of a normal human. Her true might comes from her transformed state, which she can enter for 10 minutes a day. When she enters this form, her body becomes wreathed in golden light and she grows to twice her size. Her physical abilities are enhanced further, even on par with Seraph, and she is granted the most powerful ability in her arsenal: superior manipulation, which allows her to control her surroundings, including living things, the elements, and energy based attacks. (Note: Like her control over other things, control over living organisms only extends to moving them around, not mind control. And someone who is strong in will or power may be able to resist it.) However, using this power is incredibly draining and can easily cut her time in her divine form in half if used consistently.
