Name: Chloe Walker
Nickname: N/A
Country of Origin: United Kingdom
Hero Name: Flux
Role: Student
Gender: Female
Appearance:Pronouns: She/Her
Age: 17
Personality: Chloe, while she can be relaxed and nonchalant, can also be a bit of troublemaker. Her sharp tongue and sarcastic nature can often land her in hot water with others. She tries not to worry over things too much, and this can lead to recklessness in the field. Still, she's proven to be quite clever and enjoys showing off her quick thinking and wit.
Flaws: Her sarcasm can lead to some social conflict, likes to push people's buttons, has a habit of disobeying authority
Strengths: Despite her social challenges, she's quite loyal and trustworthy at the end of the day, preferring to set aside grudges and arguments to get the job done. She is quick and nimble on her feet, being a rather dexterous person in general. She's picked up many small skills during her life, some of which can come in handy in certain situations.
Weaknesses: While she's nimble and quick, she's not all that strong. Her recklessness can sometimes put her at odds with her team. She's not a good planner and prefers to handle things in the moment.
Miscellaneous talents or skills worth noting: Sub-optimal piano skills, alright guitar skills, lock picking, resourcefulness, wit
Background: Chloe was a troublemaker since birth. Always running around with her friends and getting up to mischief. Before it was simple little pranks, it was cute. But as she got older, Chloe's habits became more troublesome. She strayed away from crime, thankfully, but found herself at odds with her teachers and got into fights often. Eventually her parents decided to send her off to a boarding school known for dealing with troubled youths. Chloe came out somewhat better mannered, but the school's strict rules and cruel headmistress had forever cemented her bitterness towards authority and being told what to do.
She enrolled in a British Hero School after that since it had always been a point of interest for her. In the end, the boarding school experience may have helped her, having refined her behavior just enough to be considered one of the most promising students of her class given her grades and performance. So when the invitation the Global Academy of Heroics came in the mail, she jumped on the opportunity.
Power Name: Transmutation
Power Type: Emitter
Power Description: Chloe can transform an object she touches into another material of the same state of matter, however, she also must have contact with something made of the material she wants to transfer. For example, if she was holding a soda can, she could transform part of a wall into tin. The more of the source material she's touching, the more she can transform. Additionally, she can also change the state of matter of whatever she touches, living things not included. She can choose the general direction the transformation moves.
Power Drawbacks/Weaknesses: Transmutating an object takes some energy out of Chloe, and the more she changes, then more energy it takes. Transforming the state of matter takes even more energy from solid to liquid, liquid to gas, and gas to small combustions. However, transforming something in the opposite order restores some energy. The quirk doesn't work well against objects or enemies out of her reach, or projectile based attacks
