"I'm sorry, Peter," you said, turning to leave.

"Y/n! Wait!" Your boyfriend's desperate voice stopped you in your tracks. "Why?"

"I don't agree with Stark's views."

"So why do you have to leave me?" Tears glimmered in his brown eyes.

"I'm sorry," you repeated. You turned to leave, but he webbed your hand to the door.

"You have to listen to me."

"No. I don't," you used your powers of telekinesis to hit him gently in the head with his science book. "Now can you dissolve this?"

"Two hours." He jumped out of the window, climbing onto his favorite spot in the city, the rooftop of his apartment building. The place you two had your first date.

You groaned, trying to get comfortable against the wooden door. It was going to be a long two hours.
