You and Loki were forced to stand in front of Thanos. His head rested on Thor's head, the power stone pressed against it.

"I know you've made your choice," Thanos said. "Him or the stone?"

"Kill him," Loki said dismissively.

Thanos' grip tightened on Thor's head and his scream of agony filled the plane.

"Alright, alright, stop!" Loki said upon hearing his brother's pain.

Loki gave him the stone, and you flung him into a portal you had created behind you.

One of Thanos' children stabbed Heimdal to death, and Thor stared in shock at the body.

You attacked Thanos with all of your might, trying to stall for the portal to close and Loki to get away.

"You are brave," he said. "But foolish."

He jabbed his weapon into your stomach, crushing you ribs and spine.

"I love you, Loki," you said quietly as the hole closed. "Don't wait up for me."

Loki had a look of devastation on his face as he saw you for the last time, your eyes watching the ship burn around you, but not seeing any of it.
