Every day and night, Launchpad and Leela spend so much time together.
They go to movies, out to dinner, a walk in the park, sometimes dancing.
Of course, they didn't let it get in the way of their work.
One day, they went out to lunch on Leela's day off.
They were splitting and order of fries at Hamburger Hippo.
"You know what I love about you?" Launchpad asked his girl.
"What do you love about me?" Leela asked.
"You're always in a good mood. Nothing ever gets you down. Not even when you were at that diner." He said.
"Well, I knew I had friends there that always had my back. We looked out for each other." She said.
"Another thing I love about you. You are so good to others." He said.
"Well, I'd rather be a good nobody than an evil somebody." She said.
"You are a somebody. Your a beauty wrapped in a mystery. Your a kind heart. You're everything wonderful in the world." He said.
"Launchpad, that was so poetic." She said, amazed by his loving words.
"I have been reading some of your poetry books. I have to say, I love the words they use. They made my knees turn to pudding." He said.
She laughed.
"My thought exactly. But they sound much better coming from you." She said, taking his hands.
"I can't believe I have the world's most beautiful woman for my girlfriend." He said.
"And I have the world's handsomest man for my boyfriend." She said.
"I love you." He said.
"I love you too." She said.
They moved in closer and kissed.
