The next morning I got up and looked at the mirror. Where was the girl who had always hated him? Where was the girl who was afraid of his every word? Of every gesture of him? To see him again after every summer?
Everyone knew about my hate for him, even my mother, because sometimes I couldn't stop my tears knowing that I would soon be back at school to relive that nightmare.
I washed my face and looked in the mirror again. I could run the water over my face, but what I had done could not go away, what had happened between us was real. I still couldn't figure out if I was only physically attracted to him or if there was something else ... But how could there be more? I knew almost nothing about him , if not hate. The only thing I knew, however, was that I had to close, what little that had been with Cedric.
•POV DRACO After what had happened the night before, she had to be mine alone and I wouldn't let anyone else touch her.
Cedric had to get away from her, he didn't have to invite her to his room anymore, they didn't have to study together in the library, and I won't even let him sit next to her in class. I know it should be "a secret", I know .. If I take one more step towards her, Tom, Pansy and the rest of my house will not understand my gesture.
But I won't let anyone get close to her.
She is in class, already sitting in her seat. She is always on time.
She always has her notes in order. She has excellent grades and she's extremely intelligent, much more than some purebloods who feel unbeatable, as I have always felt. I see her long wavy hair resting on her shoulders and down her back. She has always been beautiful, despite I've never made her feel that way .. This year, she was even more so.

I felt the chair next to me drag. How do I start the speech? Had Cedric already arrived? No, it isn't his smell. I turned and saw Draco. The uniform was from God, in reality, everything was from God. - "May I? Or is it already busy?"

I smiled at him, it was an involuntary gesture. I liked his jealousy. From the door I saw Tom and Pansy, incredulous that Draco was sitting next to me. - "Are you making fun of her early in the morning? Without us? It's rude of you Draco." Pansy told him, with her usual smile. -"Shut up." Draco glared at her and Pansy's gaze was perplexed. I saw Tom, looking at me from head to toe. His gaze shivered me; then I noticed that he paused on my desk and Draco's books resting on it. - "I'm not understanding .. are you sitting next to her? Am I right?" - "Yes, can't you see?" - "Why are you talking to me like that ?!" Tom raised his voice. In that situation, I was just waiting for Professor McGonagall to come through that door. But one piece was still missing: Cedric. The latter placed his briefcase firmly on the counter, while Draco still had his eyes on Tom. - "Draco .. get up, it's my place."
