Kan replied, "So I let you be with Porsche and then what? You will stop going to work? Are you ready to be confined within the four walls of my house?"

Looking at Kinn's face, he knew this wasn't realistic. Kinn would have to go to work at some point. It wouldn't be safe for Kinn to live with them at their new house.

Kan then continued, "You have to work. And if one day, your father's men find you and follow you to our house, that is the end for us. So no Kinn, I can't risk my son's life by letting you come stay with us."

"Son?" Kinn asked.

"He is my son now that my brother is no more. I will protect him like a father and I am sorry if my words sound harsh to you but it is the reality. I can't have you come to visit us even. What if you get followed?"
Kan managed to cover up his truth about being Porsche's father and handle the situation, sticking to the current issue. He was always good with words.

"I want to see him first." Kinn said.

"He is asleep now. Also Kinn, he has forgotten a lot of things. He doesn't even remember that his father is dead. You met him after his father's death. He has no memory of the past one and a half year, at least. I don't think you should meet him and stress him anymore. I think you should leave now."

Kinn didn't want to believe what Kan just told him. Porsche doesn't remember him?

He went to talk to the doctor himself and when the doctor told him the same thing, he felt abandoned.

The love of his life does not even remember him, the thought of it gave him goosebumps. It felt as if in a moment, his beautiful life was torn apart like pieces of paper and thrown back at his face.

Life was playing a joke on him. He kept walking out of the hospital, mindless of his surroundings. Even tears had left his side.

Vegas met him outside the gate as he returned from lunch, bringing Pete along with him to meet Porsche.

As soon as they asked Kinn what happened, he broke down in front of them, crying loudly in the empty parking lot. Just the three of them and a stage of cars.

Vegas and Pete held him as he dropped down on the ground and wept loudly. No tears. Just a heart full of painful screams. Thunder rumbled and it started to rain. His love was washed away in it. He was left alone, standing there in loneliness.

Meanwhile, Porsche was sleeping inside the room, dreaming of a man whose face was not being revealed to him and that woke him up. He heard the thunder and the sound of rain outside the window.

Kan finished signing up the discharge papers and helped Porsche out of the bed to leave.

Vegas and Pete took Kinn in their car. They were all wet in the rain. The three of them watched Kan help Porsche walk out of the hospital towards the car.

Kan held the umbrella to prevent Porsche getting wet. It was pouring heavy today. It was a heavy day.

Porsche felt like he was being watched. His instinctive glance went at Vegas' car but he only made out three people sitting inside and didn't pay attention. He couldn't make out their faces from that distance. He glanced away and walked to the car.

Kan started the car. They left the hospital.

Kinn told Vegas, "Follow the car. I want to know where he is going to live."

Vegas looked at Pete not sure if he should do it. Pete nodded at him. Vegas then started the car and went behind Kan's car.
