"Hey that's my home town, we can stay there for the night" (Y/N) said, spotting the outer walls of Shiganshina District and Wall Maria looming above the company of 13 dwarves, a Hobbit and a human. Their wizard Gandalf was busy somewhere else, away from the company. The only human in the group was named (Y/N) Lentz; she joined the company on the request of the dwarven prince KÍli. She was a skilled warrior and a friend of the dwarven brothers FÍli and KÍli. She had met the brothers while travelling on the road around Middle Earth and had travelled with them all the way to The Shire to meet their uncle. Then they asked her to join them on their quest to reclaim Erebor. She didn't tell them anything of where she was from, as most of the world the people of Paradis were devils and were hated by the world. (Y/N) was taking a break from the kingdom which she called her home.
"I do not know (Y/N), would it be safe to stay here, we do not want orcs to find us" The leader of the company Thorin Oakenshield himself said looking at the looming walls.
"I swear we'll be fine, Now that I know we're inside of the kingdom we're actually in more danger outside the walls, with the beast of Paradis and all" (Y/N) said as she remembered swinging on ODM gear with the scouts and her friends there.
"What do you mean, what beast?" Thorin asked
"Oh I mean titans, big ugly brutes. They have no brain, and without my ODM gear we can't kill them, so if they come then we're screwed over" Unless I reveal my secret. (Y/N) thought just after she told them about titans. But she couldn't do that, if she did they would just see her as a monster. She knew the only way to kill the titans was to destroy the nape, but the company has no way to kill them, especially without any ODM gear.
"Fine we'll stay here in this town for the night"
"Great Historia will be so happy to see me" (Y/N) said.
"Who is Historia lass, none of us know a Historia" Balin asked as the company walked towards the great large walls of Wall Maria.
"Historia is my little sister, we're only apart by a single year and related on our dad's side, but nonetheless she is still my little sister" (Y/N) said, Everyone was almost at the outer gate of Shiganshina District. Which had previously been knocked down by the armored titan. A few years before (Y/N) joined the cadets.
"(Y/N) why did you never tell us you had a little sister we could've bonded even more over having siblings" FÍli said from the spot beside (Y/N) as the company all came up to the gate in awe of how tall the walls were compared to themselves. (Y/N) let out a small giggle then said: "It was never brought up or was relevant" "Besides my family isn't exactly your average family" (Y/N) said as she thought about her father lord Rod Reiss and how Historia had to take him down and kill him, when he turned himself into a titan. She also thought of the fact that she was supposed to be the queen of Paradis but gave the position to Historia, so that Historia could be queen and she could travel around Middle Earth for the last 13 years of her life. Or until she died in battle or succumbed to being a titan shifter in the 13th year after being turned into a titan shifter.
Being a titan shifter meant that once you became a titan shifter for the first time you only had 13 years of life left. (Y/N) was living her life to the fullest after becoming a titan, so when KÍli asked her to join the quest to reclaim Erebor from Smaug. Of course she said yes and immediately packed. (Y/N) had to be extra careful in battles so that the dwarves wouldn't see her heal if she got hurt in battle.
When the quest started (Y/N) was still only in her first year of being a shifter so she still had over 12 years left.
The company came up in front of the large gate "Who wishes to enter Shiganshina District" a guard said to them from atop the tall wall. (Y/N) recognized this voice as someone she was in cadets with. Thorin began to step forwards but (Y/N) put an arm in front of him as if to say I will talk through this.
"Really (R/N), you don't recognize me, it's me (Y/N) Reiss" (Y/N) yelled up to the female guard.
"I am so sorry my lady, it won't happen again" (R/N) said and the gates started to open.
"(R/N) what did I say about you calling me your lady" (Y/N) said
"Right sorry (Y/N), Despite being queen Historia's older sister i forgot you don't like being called by your title"
"That is very right (R/N) I do not like being called by my title" (Y/N) said as (R/N) popped into view from inside the gates.
"Wait, you're the sister of the queen which makes you a princess," KÍli said, making the realization that (Y/N) was royalty.
"Is what my nephew said true?" Thorin asked her as the company walked through the gate.
"Surprise I am a princess and KÍli was right, my name is (Y/N) Reiss not (Y/N) Lentz. I gave the crown to Historia because I could tell that she wanted to be a queen when Commander Erwin told us his plan and I didn't want to be queen" (Y/N) said as she led the company through Shiganshina District.
"(Y/N) is that really you, I came to find you as soon as I heard that you were back, even if it was just for a day" a very feminine voice said and (Y/N) whipped herself around to see the owner of that voice. She was blond and had blue eyes. (Y/N) opened her arms letting the girl wrap herself around (Y/N)'s waist.
"Historia look at you, you are so pretty, I missed you so much over the time I was away from Paradis" (Y/N) said as she hugged her sister close to her body and took Historia's face into her hands and started staring straight into Historia's eyes. She took in every detail of Historia's face. Holding her close (Y/N) looked towards the company who gave her small smiles. "Historia I want you to meet my friends the company of Thorin Oakenshield"
"It's nice to meet you all but I'm afraid I don't know your names"
"This is Thorin son of Thrain rightful King Under the Mountain, His nephews KÍli and FÍli, Our hobbit Bilbo Baggins, our wizard Gandalf except he's not here at the moment, Dwalin, Balin, Bifur, Bofur, Bomber, Dori, Nori, and Ori. Then there's Oin and Gloin" (Y/N) said as she introduced each of the members of the company of Thorin Oakenshield to her little sister Historia.
"Wow that is a lot of dwarves, The survey corps are letting you guys stay with them at the base" Historia told the company.
"Are you sure Historia"
"Of course Levi invited you and besides that The rest of the cadets will be so happy that Big Sis is back"
"Wait who are the cadets and do they really call you Big Sis lass" FÍli asked wanting to know about (Y/N's) life before she met them all.
"The 104th cadets are the cadets that I graduated from, we were quite close" (Y/N) said and used her hand to motion to the company to follow her and her sister to the Survey Corp base.
A/N: I hope you liked this first chapter chapter 2 should come out next week the week of June 7th-June 13th sometime in that period or whenever I finish it
