Chapter 8

Dabi P.O.V

"I didn't know you were that hungry, you eating so recklessly," I said with a little smirk on my face. "I haven't eaten anything all day and this food is good. thank god I got extra napkins at least he didn't get any food on his outfit. "you're not going to eat?" said Izuku with a confused look on his face "I am, just not now." Then that look of confusion turned into curiosity. "Why? you said you were hungry, didn't you?" "If I was to eat right now I'd have to take out the two staples closet to my mouth to eat and I don't want to do that in public" when I told him I expected him to be freaked out but he just sat like it didn't bother him at all, what a weird kid. "You're not freak out by that?" "no not really, it doesn't matter to me" 

by the way, if you don't mind me asking how'd did you get those scars? I know he was going to ask me one day but i wasn't ready to tell him so soon. but i can use this as a chance to get to know him better. " Your sweet Kid and all but to get that part of my life you have to share something of yours."

"Deal"

"for now, I'll answer your question"

"Ok"

"My quirk is called cremation my flames are extremely strong, surpassing Endeavors but it comes at a cost, the hotter the flames the more burns I get on my body. that how I have these scars as for why that a story for another time."

"Awww come on tell me"

"Nope"

"Please"

"Later"

"You promise??"

"Yeah sure, I guess"

"Say it"

"I promise"

"I'll be holding you to it"

I waited for Izuku to finish eating. we were in silence, it wasn't an awkward silence it was comforting. Izuku finished and put his tray back we walk out of the mall onto the main grounds.

"Hey, how are you getting back to the dorm?" "Well, I was thinking of taking the bus back since the rest of them probably headed back to the dorm."

  I didn't like the idea of having Deku taking the bus late a night and I wanted to spend more time with him 

"It's pretty late I could drop you off" 

"No, It fine, I don't mind taking the bus"

"I held you at the mall till the sun went down it's the least I could do

"Well thank you, kind sir," said Izuku in a really bad British accent that caused me to laugh

 we started to walk to the parking lot and finally reached my car I see Izuku's eye widened as he asked me "you own a freaking Tesla, dude how loaded are you?" 

"Loaded enough to be your sugar daddy" I respond, I saw Izuku face turn into a tomato with cause me to let out a small giggle "I was just kidding, sorry to get you all flustered"

  I had to help Izuku with the car door since it wasn't like a normal car, I put Izuku bags in the back seat and my bag's in the truck so we wouldn't get our stuff mixed up. 

"Izuku I'm going to put the cart back you can connect your phone to the car and play music if you want," he said "OK" and start to play around with the tablet on the dashboard. I returned to the car to him playing Streets- by Doja Cat  "I didn't know you are a Doja Cat fan" he was blushing so hard it's so cute I can't help but tease him, "y-yea I like her song there r-really catchy" we had a conversation about our favorite artists as I pulled out the parking lot and started o drive back to U.A
