The Day We Almost Got Caught

"HIDE!"

The boys came running inside the practice room. It almost looked like they ran a 10 mile marathon. They were sweating, well partially because of the hours of practice, however I could tell they were also sweating from fear. But fear of what? I kept thinking about the way the boys were panting while attempting to speak. 

"Yah Y/N! Hide now!" (MJ)

"Common find any place but hide!" (Sanha)

"Guys, what's going on? Why should I hide?"

"Mianhae but we forgot to tell you that our manager doesn't like it when we have visitors while practicing. She thinks we might get distracted. Yah Binah, you said she wouldn't be here today" (Rocky)

"How would I know that she would come today? Mianhae, I guess I misheard."

"Pabo! Why did you invite me when you can really be in trouble right now?"

"Well......we thought it would be fun to hang out with you." (Jinjin)

"Aishhh...now what?"

They all yelled in unison, "HIDE".

Soon, I was running around to find a place to hide. I didn't have much time so I looked out the window and noticed a small space outside. 

"Boys, I think I have to go out the window. There is no other option."

"Are you crazy? You'll fall!", yelled Moonbin.

"I don't have a choice. She's coming and I need to hide. Don't worry there's enough space for me to stand."

"She's right. We don't have time. But we can't let Y/N stand out there alone." (Eunwoo)

"I'll stand with her." (Moonbin)

"Ani, your manager will notice you are gone. Stay with the others."

"I will stand with you Y/N. We can't risk loosing you." (Moonbin)

Everyone nodded together. The way the group was showing so much care and support for me that I was almost about to cry. Every time, every moment, every second that I spend with these guys, I meet the overwhelming satisfaction that I will never be alone anymore.

Soon, Moonbin and I hopped out the window and we were standing on that small space. We both knew that if we misstep, we could fall. As we were standing out in the window, Moonbin quickly grabbed my arm and held it tightly. 

"Don't worry! I've got you." (Moonbin)

He kept assuring throughout time there that he was there for me. The sight was actually pretty dangerous and scary. I guess Moonbin noticed I was scared so he quickly covered my eyes with his soft hands. 

"Close your eyes and think about something nice. It'll help as a distraction." (Moonbin)

Well you know what is the only thing that makes me happy.....Astro. I started to hum a Astro song to distract myself. Before I even knew, Moonbin and I were both humming the same song. 

Inside, the manager was talking with guys. 

"Anneonghaseyo. How are you all? How is practice?" (Manager)

"Its going good daepyonim" (Jinjin)

"Oh, where is Moonbin?" (manager)

"Oh daepyonim...he...he's in the bathroom" (MJ)

"Ok. Tell him I came by ok" (Manager)

"Ne. We will." (Sanha)

Me and Moonbin kept peeking inside to see if she had left but she kept talking to the others while we were out. She soon asked them to show her what they have been preparing while we were watching everything that was going on inside.

After a long time, the manager left the room. The boys ran towards the window and helped us get in. Before saying anything, they hugged the both of us.

"We were scared every moment you were out there." (Rocky)

"It was quite the experience I should say right Moonbin?"

"Ne" (Moonbin)

"We are so glad you guys are ok. Lets get Y/N out of here before the manager notices" (Eunwoo)

As I headed out, the manager began to approach the hallway again. 

"Otteoke! She's coming."

Before I could even think of hiding, she saw me. I knew things were gonna go down real quickly. The sight of her looking at me with suspicion was enough to tell that I was in trouble.

"Boys, who is she? I told you no visitors when you practice remember?" (Manager)

I didn't want the boys to be trouble so I decided to lie. 

"Aniyo, I am not a visitor. I....I came to drop....this package that Sanha ordered." 

I showed her a random box and gave it to Sanha. The boys were confused about why I lied but they knew I was protecting them. 

"Package? But delivery people aren't allowed to be here. I am sorry but I have to ask you to leave. It is not safe for outsiders to be around Kpop idols." (Manager)

MJ was about to speak but I quickly gestured at him and asked him to say nothing. The manager asked me to leave so I made my way out. I was disappointed that our time together came to an end. As I started to walk on the street, a felt a soft hand grab me by the wrist and pull me away. I quickly looked back to see who it was but the person had a mask on. He kept pulling me until we entered Fantagio again but from the back entrance. He pulled his mask out. To my surprise, it was Rocky.

"Mianhae. You had to leave because of us. But you protected us from getting trouble. Gomawo." (Rocky)

"Gweanchana. I didn't feel bad. But why did you come down here?"

"We couldn't let you go so soon. Look Y/N, the guys might not say this but we really enjoy spending time with you. Our super busy schedules made it so hard for us to maintain our friends but meeting you had changed us. We truly feel satisfied to have you around. You bring joy to us Y/N. And I really hope that our friendship lasts a long time." (Rocky)

Rocky's words brought tears in my eyes. I didn't know the fact that the way I feel with the boys is the same how they feel with me. Rocky started to wipe the tears from my face and said, "Let's celebrate the beginning of our friendship."
