Gulnihal and Sikander were making life hell for Mehrimah. She solves one problem of sultanate and another stands up on it's place. You can guess her stress by the fact that she totally gave up harrem and Mustafa to Kosem and Naazli. Only at nights, she would get a chance to embrace her son.
Sikander would plant seeds of problems, as per Gulnihal's intructions, and when they bloom, he happily hands over the authority to decide, to Mehrimah. But Mehrimah would somehow manage to find a solution.
Mehrimah kissed Mustafa's head as she laid him on her bed to sleep.
She got out of room and told Sumbul Agha 'Hum abhi aate hain Sumbul Agha........aap Shehzade ke saath hi rukein.'
Sumbul Agha bowed and went inside along with Mehrimah's personal attendants.
Mehrimah walked down the corridors with her 6 months pregnant tummy. She walked straight up to Hassan's cage and asked the guards to open it. Hassan was told by her mother that she wasn't well so he doesn't jump on her now days.
The guards backed away as, no matter how much trained Hassan was he still attacked people and was still a dangerous beast for others.
'Oğlum.' (My son) Mehrimah whispered as Hassan walked out of his cage and caressed her stomach with his head.
They both headed towards the garden.
Mehrimah sat down on the pavement of the water basin of the fountain. Hassan walked and played himself while she settle in her thoughts.
With each passing day, she was becoming more and more sure that she was nurturing a girl inside her. Because with the kind of stress she was going through right now...........only a girl child can withstand it.
She wasn't afraid to face storms alone but she can also not deny the fact that had her husband been here.............the storm would have not dared to even arise.
She was tired of facing all these things alone.......................she was tired of this distance🥺.
Hassan made his way to her and Mehrimah smiled weakly as he rested his head on her lap and was looking up at her with innocent and big eyes.
Mehrimah kissed his forehead and stroked his mane. She gazed at a firefly sitting on the grass, at a distance and thought 'Muradım........... ne kadar?💕🥺' (My Murad................how long?)
Baghdad- Battlefield
The sun had just made it's appearance in the sky and the sky still had some orange color in it.
The ground, which was so dry that cracks were visible on it, was ready to be bathed by blood as the two armies stood face-to-face with each other. With the reflection of the just risen sun in their eyes, Murad and his army glared at their enemy.
War brings loss to both the winning and the losing side. So both the Shahs (Kings), along with their ministers, guided their horses to take them in the middle of the battle field to have a final word of mercy.
