Omniscient
May 21st"What if I just tell him I got sick or something? Is that believable, will he know that-."
"Cassia you are not staying here, let's put on our big girl panties okay?" Placing her head in her hands, Cassia took slow deep breaths to try and calm her nerves.
She didn't even know why she was getting this way, but Jamila claimed it was because all of this was new to her. Going out at 11:30 pm, with another man, to somewhere that she could only assume was a club or party from how Jamila dressed her, she was terrified.
She also hoped she didn't mess anything up, especially knowing that wherever they were going there would probably be other women. Other women who were used to this type of thing, who she felt could and would easily grab the attention of Cepheus.
"What if he stops liking me after tonight because I'm so clueless-." Cassia stopped talking at the sound of a car pulling up. Widening her eyes, she quickly hopped up off of Jamila's bed to glance out of the window. Seeing Cepheus' red aventador, her stomach dropped straight to her ass as she looked at Jamila with concern. "No, I can't go."
Crossing her arms over her chest, Jamila rolled her eyes as she made her way out of the bedroom. Cassia didn't know where she was going, but she knew she wasn't following her. Glancing at her reflection in the mirror across from her, she adjusted the dark shades on her face before raking through her red hair.
"So I heard you trying to stand a nigga up." Cassia froze, hearing his voice fill up the room. She said nothing, didn't even turn his way as she listened to him close the door behind himself. She could hear his heavy footsteps walking further into the room until he stood right in front of her, forcing her to raise her head to meet his eyes.
She opened her mouth to speak, but before words could come out, he leaned down to give her a slow kiss. Cassia closed her eyes, draping one hand over his shoulder out of comfort.
"I like your hair." He whispered against her lips, causing a small smile to form on her face as the two parted. "Feel like you got in a new color, style, and length every time I see you...I ain't complaining though."
"Jamila did this, I've never done red. Pass me that brush." Cepheus turned around to where she was pointing, spotting a blue brush on the glass dresser. Grabbing it, he handed it to her as he sat down in a chair across from her.
"Fixing your hair up, seems to me like you coming. You don't really got a choice either so, shake out them nerves and let's go baby. I don't know why you acting all scared for anyways, Jamila and Anthony coming too." Standing to her feet, Cassia walked over towards the mirror on the other side of the room. Pushing the hair from out of her face, she watched as Cepheus came up behind her, his arms wrapping around her torso as he pushed himself up against her backside, giving her a small kiss under her ear.
