April 6th

Holding her phone in her hand, Cassia bounced her leg rapidly as she listened to the call go straight to voicemail once again.

"What the hell?!" She whisperer-yelled, beginning to feel herself growing stressed. Pressing on his contact again, she put the phone back up to her ear while sitting on the closed toilet cover. This wasn't like him at all, no matter what terms they left off on he always made sure to answer his phone no matter what. Considering at the end of the day they still shared Crystal, he was usually considerate enough to pick up just in case it was about her. Even when they were on bad terms like right now.

"Hey, I don't know where you are or what you're doing. Um I hope you're okay, I'm getting a little worried. Please call me back whenever you get this or- just call me back Cepheus." She sighed out, before pulling the phone from her ear.

Although she was currently in the process of working on herself and breaking away from him, that didn't mean his current state of absence wasn't getting her. To be gone for 3 days straight, with no communication to anybody, not even Anthony, that had never happened before. The least he would do is check in at the warehouse daily, and he wasn't even doing that. Meaning he wasn't collecting his money, something Cepheus never played about since the first day they met.

Letting out a small breath Cassia stood to her feet, adjusting the dress she wore before walking out. Going towards Crystal and Camree she sat down right next to them, her arm extended to comfortably rest behind both of their heads.

"Did you find daddy mommy?" Crystal looked up towards Cassia who shook her head.

"Daddy isn't lost, he's just on a trip." She smiled, lying straight through her teeth because he was definitely lost. Swinging her feet from front to back, Crystal nodded before putting her attention back on the TV screen in front of her.

Hearing loud voices coming from outside her sliding door, Cassia looked up to see Jamila fussing with Leigha. Giggling to herself, she placed her hand on her own stomach while adjusting her body in the couch.

"Cassia this for you, it was on your porch when I came." Looking up towards Anthony who was walking through the front door, Cassia furrowed her eyebrows seeing him with a box in his hand. Standing to her feet, she walked up to him with her face twisted up in confusion.

"This is a pretty box." She mumbled, grabbing it from out of his hands. Chuckling, he rocked from front to back while waiting for her to find and read the name. "From Cepheus...." her eyes immediately flicking up to Anthony who raised his hands in surrender.

"Hope it ain't a bomb." He chuckled, but he was completely serious, making Cassia raise an eyebrow before turning back to face him. But he was already on his way out of the door.

Rolling her eyes she gripped the box in her hand before making her way up her stairs. Her heart beat in anticipation once she got to her room, closing and locking the door behind her. Sitting down on the floor right at the foot of her bed, she extended her legs before pulling the covering from off of the box. Immediately seeing pictures and other little things in it.

Grabbing the stack of pictures all in one grab, Cassia swallowed down hard. Vividly remembering when each was taken, all of them reflecting times in their relationship when they were happy. Smiling to herself, she shook her head before placing them all on the ground. Grabbing the ring in the box, she pulled her lips into her mouth. It was the last of 3 rings that he had given her in the span of their relationship. He told her he wanted to continue upgrading them until they turned into engagement and wedding rings, but the one in the box was the one she ended up throwing at him during one of their many arguments. Sighing to herself, Cassia placed that down too before grabbing a rolled up piece of paper. Wasting no time in unrolling it, she raised an eyebrow seeing Cepheus' handwriting with a long bit of writing.
