y/n and kobe came home around one in the morning and when they opened the door they saw venus on the floor crying and kicking her legs dior sitting down watching tv and eating grapes and isaac sleep

Y: now little lady why are you the only one causing problems

when venus heard y/ns voice she stopped crying and got up slowly walking to her and rubbing her eyes then she extended her arms so y/n picked her up resting her on her hip while kairi got from off the floor looking like he hasn't slept in days

Kairi: you're back you're really back i've never missed you so much in my whole life then i did when i had to watch these demons dior is the only one that does right venus cried for you all damn day and isaac ran around naked for hours we didn't even get him dressed until he fell asleep oh but venus ran around naked too after a while she stopped though and that's when she started crying i don't know what's up with the twins but they need psychological help
Y: they do not they just don't like you guys
Kairi: good gives me a reason to go ghost

y/n laughed then she walked to venus room and fed then changed her and rocked her to sleep once she fell asleep she laid her into her crib kissing her forehead then she went downstairs taking isaac to his room laying him down kissing his head as well then once she went back downstairs she walked to dior squatting down in front of him

Y: after all that candy you ate i thought you'd be the worse
Dior: i was good
Y: yea i heard i'm proud of you now come on you gotta go to sleep
Dior: kairis funny
Y: is he now
Dior: mhm so is peyton she cried herself to sleep
Y: i knew that girl couldn't handle y'all but how about you tell me all about it when you're in bed
Dior: ok

dior lifted his arms and y/n picked him up carrying him upstairs into his room bathing him while he told her about everything that happened then once he got out she dried him off and it him in his pajamas then she tucked him in his cover kissing his forehead

Y: hey baby can i ask you a question that'll stay between me and you
Dior: mhm
Y: why are you scared of your dad
Dior: he can make you cry
Y: and why is that scary
Dior: because you're the strongest person i know
Y: aww well thank you but i promise all because he yells doesn't mean he's gonna do anything that doesn't mean stop listening to him but he's all talk
Dior: then why does it make you cry
Y: some conversations are better saved for later times
Dior: please i'll go to sleep right after i promise

y/n sighed then looked at dior self debating if she should tell him then she just gave in

Y: you'll go to sleep right after
Dior: mhm
Y: well say for instance i took your favorite toy you would cry right
Dior: yes
Y: well that's what it kind of feels like when he's like mad at me for instance and obviously i can talk to him because he's ignoring me then i feel like i lost my favorite thing but the yelling part you know how someone says something hurtful and it makes you upset
Dior: i hate that
Y: i do not too bud sometimes your dad says hurtful things on accident and they hurt my feelings so i cry
Dior: oh what does he say
Y: nope you said you'd go to sleep
Dior: ok goodnight mommy
Y: goodnight baby

y/n kissed diors cheek then got up turning off his lights and walking out the room going into hers just taking off her dress and heels and getting under the cover sighing making kobe turn over looking at her

Kobe: what's up
Y: diors starting to ask questions
Kobe: like what
Y: just...questions that a normal toddler asks
Kobe: oh well just give him random answers he won't know the difference
Y: yes you're right
Kobe: you tired
Y: exhausted
Kobe: wanna lay on me
Y: yes please

kobe moved the cover back a little and y/n got on him bending over to lay her head on his chest then he put the cover back and then wrapping his arms around her back closing their eyes until they both fell asleep a few hours past and y/n woke up to the sound of isaac crying so she tapped kobes shoulder waking him up

Kobe: hmm
Y: can you go get isaac
Kobe: you're on top you do it
Y: i always do it
Kobe: and i love you for it
Y: you're no help

y/n rolled her eyes and got off of kobe going into isaacs room and taking him downstairs to eat breakfast then she did the same with venus when woke up but when she was walking down the stairs with dior he started asking more questions

Dior: so what does he say mommy tell me
Y: he says rude things some that make me look at myself differently and some that just makes me feel bad in the moment but it's just because he's mad sometimes people just say anything to hurt you when they're mad
Dior: oh well i won't say rude things to you
Y: i know dior
Dior: i love you
Y: i love you even more

y/n ruffled diors hair then once they made it downstairs she put him in his chair with his food in front of him then she sat down eating as well then when kobe came down he grabbed a fruit from his plate then kissed all the kids cheek then kissed y/n and she kissed him back

Kobe: i gotta go to a shoot i love y'all
Y: we love you too

kobe smiled and walked out and y/n sighed looking at the kids

Venus: mommy daddy doesn't eat with us anymore
Y: yea...i know
