Kobe: y/n can i talk to you for a second
Y: sure excuse me guys
Corey: hold on i'll help you

corey walked to y/n grabbing her crunches and handing them to her and she just shook her head thanking him then she got up and walked out the room and kobe closed the door behind him just staring at her

Y: what
Kobe: get them out
Y: um why
Kobe: because i don't want them here
Y: ok well they're here and i'm not kicking them out
Kobe: i wasn't asking
Y: and i wasn't asking you either the fuck they're not leaving
Kobe: either they leave or i leave

y/n looked at kobe and they stayed out there a little longer soon y/n came back in the room laying back down on the bed

Peyton: what happened
Y: nothing important so what's the next movie
Rome: wrong turn
Y: bet

they went back to watching the movie while kobe was back at davines house sitting on her couch and she was rubbing her hands on him until he pushed them away and scooted away

Davine: what's your problem
Kobe: i told y/n to pick between me and her friends and she picked them
Davine: and
Kobe: she just met them
Davine: that's why you should be with me instead i'll treat you right and i'll never put anyone before you
Kobe: i know you wouldn't
Davine: so be with me
Kobe: davine i'm not having this conversation with you right now
Davine: ugh i'm going to sleep

davine got up about to walk off before kobe grabbed her hand and stood up looking down at her

Kobe: i'm sorry ok
Davine: ok
Kobe: baby i'm serious it'll be soon just not now ok i promise i'm working on it
Davine: pinky promise
Kobe: of course

kobe wrapped his pinkie around davines then they kissed their hands and she smiled at him grabbing his hand again and leading him upstairs into her room closing and locking the door behind them while back at the house y/n was now just laying down in bed by herself since peyton had to go and the boys had too as well hours on top of hours past and soon y/n got up going into the shower and when she got out she dried off then got dressed in regular clothes after that she went downstairs seeing she was home alone so she sighed and grabbed her keys going in her car and driving off she went to a bar and sat down asking for a margarita and when they gave it to her she just sat there taking small sips until someone sat next to her ordering the same thing and she looked seeing rome

Y: i thought you had to leave for some
Rome: i did but plans got canceled so i came here and to my surprise i see you long day
Y: yup
Rome: were you supposed to be driving with that boot
Y: i have no idea but i did it was perfectly fine so i mean i guess it doesn't matter i made it downstairs by myself anyways
Rome: strong woman i like that but why's wrong
Y: what do you mean
Rome: you look upset
Y: i'm pissed
Rome: why
Y: kobe didn't come home last night at all
Rome: what happened there
Y: he told me to make y'all leave or he was gonna leave and i picked y'all but he's gone every damn hour of the day anyways i really think i should call it quits i don't know it's just the love is dead and at this point i'm holding onto nothing i might as well be married to myself
Rome: yea i know what you mean after a while the love does die you think the honeymoon stage lasts forever because you have days that reminds you of it but deep down it ends as soon as you decided to get married everything becomes serious and the one person you loved more than anything changes and you have to sit back watching it happen while there's nothing you can do
Y: because the second you try to stop it they're gonna think you're trying to change them then things will go down hill even faster
Rome: yup so all we can do is sit back and watch how it plays out
Y: that's honestly the hardest part
Rome: it sure is and it's even harder moving on afterwards and still getting deja vu from certain things but once you're finally done with them everything's perfect
Y: how'd you finally get done your ex wife
Rome: when we broke up she went and got her tubes surgically untied and she had a baby with her next boyfriend not even after a year of them being together that was my last straw and i gave up on ever wanting her back it's just sometimes things aren't worth fighting for
Y: if kobe cheats again that'll be my final straw because it just shows me one i am in this marriage myself and two he never loved me from the beginning
Rome: because you don't hurt someone you love
Y: and i grew up around that saying and i'm not going to let him change my beliefs because he's a manipulative ass liar
Rome: if he's hurt you before why go back
Y: i had this dumb ass picture in my head that i needed him and that as long as i had him i'd be ok but i have to realize there was a point in time where i didn't have him at all
Rome: and when you leave that's the mindset you need to remember but y/n there's plenty of guys out there who would love to get a chance with you because you're a very beautiful woman who deserves nothing but the best

rome had moved y/ns drink to the side and was now just looking at her before he leaned in kissing her and without a thought she kissed him back
