Lorelai Pritchett is Claire Dunphy's daughter. The last time Claire saw Lorelai was when Lorelai was 6 years old. Lorelai Pritchett is 23years old and was staying with her dad. Lorelai's Dad banned her from seeing her mum Claire.
Lorelais POV After breakfast/Lunch me and mum both go to the mall and we look around for decorations and stuff for my room. We got many things. "Aww look at this" Mum says and passes me a cute little dog ornament. "That is cute" I admit and laugh a bit and place it in the trolley. After around a hour of shopping we get back home. "Hey girls enjoy your shopping trip?" Phil asks while helping us carry stuff down into the basement. "Yeah it was really fun" I admit and mum smiles at me. "It looks like you got many things" Phil says while peeking in the bags. "Yeah we did, also Phil could you help us to clear the basement?" Mum asks and he kisses her head. "Of course" Phil says and we all start to clear everything out of the basement. The walls were already nicely painted and all we had to do now was clean the cobb webs and dust. "Woah *cough* that's a lot *cough* of dust" I say as dust lands onto my face from the ceiling as I clean it. "Woah be careful Lor" Mum says giggling a bit and I smirk and roll my eyes. "Thank you guys for letting me stay here" I thank them as I place the decorations places. "Darling there is no need to thank me, I'm your mother and I love you so much" Mum states and Phil agrees. "Okay but I am really thankful" I repeat and mum shakes her head and kisses the top of my head and we all carry on to make my room. After about 2 hours we finish my room and Phil goes back up stairs and me and mum lay down on my bed and she wraps a arm around me and I hug her and I rest my head on her chest as we hug. "I cant tell you how much I have missed you and I can't tell you how many times I tried getting you back its just too many to count" Mum tells me in a calm voice. "I've missed you aswell mum and I've always wanted to run away but I've never had the chance and I've been scared" I admit and mum rubs my back. "I know sweetie" She says and I close my eyes as we are hugging.
Claires POV I open my eyes and realise that I've fallen asleep and that the time is 1:21pm. I look down and I see that Lorelai is asleep too. I gently push her off of me and get off of the bed. I Place a pillow under her head as she's laying on her bed and I pull the duvet over her. I kiss the top of her head and I walk back up the stairs. When Hayley gets home I'm going to wake up Lorelai so she can take Hayley shopping like she promised. I close the basement door quietly and I go into the living room and turn on the TV. Phil is at work so at the moment it's just me and Lorelai at home.
