Winter break flew by, and When school began again in January, I hoped things would get back to normal.

I couldn't have been more wrong.

It was hard to decide who were worse - The people who ignored me, or the people who didn't.

There was one good thing that happened over winter break though.

Janet moved schools.

The first day back at school was as close to normal as I could hope it would be. I still sat next to Jordon, as that was the way we chose to sit when school began. He looked apologetic everytime he saw me, and it sort of made me wonder whether I should be so harsh on him.

At the end of our first class, I spoke to him.

'Hey Jordon.' I smiled meekly.

'Oh, you've finished with the silent treatment then?' He sounded pissed. Wait, scratch that. he WAS pissed.

'I - I'm sorry, I just, I couldn't forgive you, until now, until I realised I gave up being friends with an amazing person! Can we go back to how it was? That first week?' My voice was shy, and quiet, as if I was embarrassed by myself, and quite frankly, I was.

'Laura, You're amazing. I never wanted to argue, or fight, or end up like this. I'd be honoured to be your friend again. Maybe, maybe back to how we were on the day you told me. Remeber that morning?' His eyes lit up at the thought.

'How could I not? I mean, I ...' I trailed off, not wanting to embarrass myself. Again.

'I'll meet you by my car. Three thirty, sharpish. I want to show you something.'

The final bell rang, so I nodded in agreement, and we made our way to class, as if the last two and a half months had never happened.
