Sakura Haruno gripped the bars of the stadium.

Watching her crush and the Jinchuriki about to battle.

Genma raises his left hand in the air, "Ready," and brings it down as if it were a karate chop, "Go!"

Gaara instantly shoots Sand at the Uchiha, only for him to jump back.

Doing hand signs, Horse, Serpent, Ram, Monkey, Boar, Horse and Tiger (I found it on google so if the signs are wrong I'm sorry-)

A giant Fireball shoots out of Sasuke's mouth, turning the sand that Gaara shot towards Sasuke into glass. (get it cause if sand is melted pretty sure it becomes glass)

Gaara growls before clawing at his temples in pain.

Sasuke raises an eyebrow at the red head.

"Mother...MOTHER WANTS YOUR BLOOD"

Sasuke's eyes go wide as he went to jump back but realised he wouldn't be able to in time.

Gaara's sand sped towards Sasuke at ridiculous speed, ready to crush his bones to see his blood.

Sasuke braces himself by shielding himself using his arms.

He waited for the impact...

...

...

But it never came.

Sasuke peeked open an eye to find ice in front of him.

Shocked and confused, he looks through the crowd to try and find the source of the ice.

There he sees Sakura, her left hand gripping the railing, her right one in the air, facing Gaara.

"This match has gone on long enough, you will not kill Sasuke if I have anything to say about it"

She swings her hand slowly sideways, as the ice completely traps Gaara.

Sasuke stares at Sakura, eyes wide.

He had no idea Sakura possessed this kind of power.

Genma surprised, before clearing his throat, "Since she interfeared with the match you will have a rematch in 30 minutes"

Gaara growled, Sasuke, looked at Sakura giving her a nod and a smirk.

Sakura smiled.

She really did save his life.
