" What!" I screamed. Jeremy was a vampire? How could that have happened? He was supposed to be my boyfriend, not a vampire!

Chase looked down at me and sighed, " See. This is why I didn't want to tell you." I looked at him in disbeleif. My boyfriend was a vampire. Oh. My. God.

" Well I had a right to know." I growled. Suddenly my phone vibrated in my pocket. I pulled it out and read the text:

JEREMY: Jaimie! You have to save me! I don't know where I am and it's really starting to scare me. I need you. I'm scared. I miss you. :(

JAIMIE: Just tell me where you are Jeremy. I have no idea. How can I save you if I don't even know where you are? I miss you too. :(

JEREMY: I... I don't even know. It seems like a house but.. I've seen the inside of every house in town... Unless...

JAIMIE: Spit it out Jeremy. Where are you?

I waited in Chase's arms while I stared at my phone. It had been 5 minutes and Jeremy still hadn't texted me back. Maybe something had happened to him and I was too late! Maybe he was already dead!

I took a deep breath. I had no idea where I was. Jaimie had texted me back, but I couldn't answer. There was a blonde girl looking at me. She was beautiful. Her eyes were a deep hazel color and her face was a sculpters dream. The girl was wearing a long red dress with a white rose at the bottom corner. She looked like a goddess. I was in love.

" Hey, I'm Kaitlynn. You don't need to be afraid. I'm only keeping you safe Jeremy." She said.

" Uh, where exactly am I?" I asked. She frowned and I seen a sadness hit her eyes.

" I can't tell you that. I'm sorry." Kaitlynn said sadly. I seen a guy walking up behind her with light blonde hair and fair blue eyes. He was wearing a tuxedo.

" Hey kate. I seen you talking to the new guy so I thought I would come and join you. Just to let him know that you're taken and you're not interested." He said smugly, " By the way, I'm Kevin." I stared at him in a grimace. Great. Kaitlynn had a boyfriend. There went all my plans.

Instantly I remembered something. I had a girlfriend. Jaimie. How could I have ever forgotten about her? She was the love of my life. My sunlight on a cloudy day. The marshmallow in my hot chocolate.

" Yeah thats okay though. I have a girlfriend anyway. Her name is Jaimie. She's the love of my life. No one could ever replace her." I said protectively. Kaitlynn scowled at me and Kevin's smile went wider.

" Great. Then we will get along just fine."

It was 9:00 PM and Jeremy still hadn't texted me back. I was freaking out beside Chase, who was sitting on my bed.

" Come here Jaimie. Stop shaking. It's going to be okay." He whispered. I looked up into his deep brown eyes and smiled. I was backed up against the corner of my desk and I couldn't stop shaking.

" Sorry. I'm just a little worried. Actually, I'm alot worried. Could you please tell me where he is? He's really scared." I whispered back.

Chase and I had to be quiet because my father didn't know he was here. Daddy thought that since Jeremy was gone, I wouldn't have any more boys in the house. He was wrong.

" I already told you five minutes ago! It's too dangerous! There will be vampires all around him! He's a vampire too now! If we go in there we will most likely get killed! Is that what you want?" He yelled. I buried my face in my hands and closed my eyes. Chase put his arm around my shoulders and I put my head against his chest, " Sorry I yelled." he said quietly.
