Julian woke to the sound of his hellacious "You're Late!" alarm. Blearily, he rolled over, turning it off, squinting at the screen. He had specifically cancelled class. The fuck was he running late for?

Stupid seminar Bethany Blackmailed Me Into Speaking At. Ah. That. God fucking damn it.

Julian rubbed a frustrated hand through his hair, hating this dose of real life that broke through the delicious sexual bubble he'd been in with the baby Omega. Twisting, he looked behind him at Ollie. The boy was lying curled up, back to him, his soft skin looking just as touchable as it had hours ago. Julian crawled over, curling his fingers on Ollie's side, shaking him gently. "Baby, wake up, come on," he murmured.

To no avail. Ollie just murmured sleepily, shifting closer to the sound of Julian's voice, but he was out. Any other time, Julian would take it as a compliment for his sexual prowess, but right now, it was less than ideal. He had to leave, but he didn't want Ollie feeling abandoned.

Getting up, Julian grabbed his briefs, pulling them on. He went to the hotel door, peering out. Thank God. His clothed he'd put into the "to dry clean" bag earlier had been replaced by a garment bag. Thank God for forethought because he'd have to go straight to the college from here.

He dragged the garment bag in, and draped it on the ottoman at the foot of the bed as he went to shower. As he slicked back his hair, Julian smiled to himself. Absolute hell of a night. He'd never slept with an Omega before. Granted, Ollie was brand new to the delicious world of sex, but it had still been utterly satisfying. More than made up for him missing out on some Alpha cock.

He toweled off quickly, and went back into the bedroom. Ollie was now spread eagle on the bed, still asleep, his chest rising and falling in deep sleep. His skin was still pink with Heat, but it wasn't as bad as it had been. Julian pulled on his slacks and socks. He threw his dress shirt over himself, smiling at the memory of waking up before to see Ollie buttoning himself into his shirt. That had been so precious Julian had wasted no time in stripping him right back out of the shirt.

Julian went over to Ollie, kneeling on the bed. He reached out, smoothing Ollie's golden curls back from his forehead. Looks like his Heat was actually ebbing away. Lucky bastard. But then again, first Heats were weird that way.

Sighing, Julian went to the nightstand, opening a drawer, rummaging through the stuff there. He extracted a pad of paper. He looked at Ollie for a long time, then set pen to paper, scrawling a note for Ollie. After he was satisfied with it, he set the pad of paper on the pillow next to Ollie, making damn sure that Ollie wouldn't miss it. He really, really wanted to make sure that Ollie knew that Julian wasn't the kind to fuck and leave. Because damn it, he actually really liked Ollie. The kid was sweet as hell and beautifully responsive.

With one last sweep of the room, Julian curled his fingers around the doorknob. He had everything, but he couldn't make himself leave yet. His gaze fell on Ollie's phone, picked up at some point and placed on the nightstand by the door. Seizing it, Julian opened it. No passcode. Bad for Ollie, but presently good news for Julian.

Going to Ollie's messages, he quickly found the one for 'Mom.' He quickly typed out his message:

Hello, ma'am, this is Dr. Faircloth. Ollie is currently sleeping, and I have unavoidable work commitments, otherwise I would not do this. Your son is almost through his Heat. He is still flushed, but will probably burn it off in the next twenty-four hours. I really hate to leave him alone, so if you could come get him, that would be for the best. We are at Temptations, Room 317. He is going to be hypersensitive to scents, sounds, and tactile stimulation. I recommend when he gets home to let him try to sleep as much as he can. I'm not sure if you have other Omega sons, but after Heat comes the less discussed "purging." His body will be flushing the nascent uterus out. It is always really scary the first time, so spend some time today Googling about it. Please let Ollie know that he was amazing and I truly enjoyed our time together.
