Ollie stared up at the apartment building, biting the edge of his phone. It was one pm on a Saturday and Juls had texted him an address, a time, and several lewd emojis. This was the first time they'd done anything that was preplanned and Ollie was both nervous and excited. He had thought that maybe they'd meet another Heat Hotel, or even just a regular one, but this looked like an apartment building. Juls' apartment building. Surely that meant something?
He exhaled slowly and walked through the double doors. He looked around and saw that the lobby was nice and clean. It had the mail slot wall, and a glass wall on the right showed a gym that wasn't currently in use. If he strained his eyes, he could just make out the glint of pool water.
Right in front of him though, was another set of doors, glass to follow the overall theme, and they appeared to be locked. Ollie was not entirely sure what to make of it. He walked closer, investigating the door. He tugged experimentally on the door and found that it was indeed locked. How to unlock it, that was the question. Through the door was a courtyard, and through the glare on the glass he could see the tall buildings that rose up, six in total. Juls' instructions had said Building 4, Unit 543. That made a lot more sense now.
"Excuse me, can I help you?"
Ollie jumped and whirled around. A handsome man with dark hair and uniform looking outfit was standing politely behind him. Ollie smiled, remembered his mask, and made sure to crinkle his eyes enough to convey the expression. "Hi, sorry, I'm visiting a Dr. Faircloth and I'm not sure...?" He trailed off, rubbing the back of his neck.
The man, probably a security guard, eyed him up and down and Ollie felt uncomfortable. He knew he probably looked more hobo than student, but he hadn't really thought he'd run into anyone. He had kind of figured that his clothes would end up on the floor, which was why he'd spent more time prepping himself than his wardrobe. Maybe he should have taken more time. Juls was always so beautifully dressed. Would he be too embarrassed by Ollie?
No. Ollie exhaled. No, Juls had invited him here. He'd seen Ollie looking a hell of a lot worse than a crop top and ripped sweats and beat up Converse.
The security guard tipped his hat back and sighed. "Let's see if you're on the list. Come on. You should have stopped at the security office." He informed Ollie, gesturing him to follow.
Blushing, Ollie followed, and the guard led him out of the little lobby and down the sidewalk, where a guard office was politely placed among the foliage. Not hidden exactly, but more like camouflaged. The guard held the door open and gestured Ollie inside. Ollie hesitated and the guard smiled kindly, and went ahead. He went around the desk and picked up a clipboard. "This is a print out of the guests we're expecting today. Full name?"
"Oliver St. Claire. Dr. Faircloth. Building Four?" He added helpfully, in case there were other Dr. Fairclothes.
The guard nodded. "I see you. Sign in here, and let me get you a Visitor badge."
Ollie took the clipboard, signing in his name and the date. The guard came back with a blank keycard dangling from a small, round, black clip.
"Here's your Visitor card. It only opens lobby door, none of the buildings or facilities. You gotta ring your person from their building and they buzz you up. Remember to return this when you leave, or else it's a $50 fine. Understand?"
Ollie nodded, clipping the card to his pocket. "Yup. Thank you Mr. ..." he trailed off and the guard laughed a little, tipping his hat back a bit.
You can just call me Ben, Oliver." He held his hand out and Ollie smiled again, taking it.
"In that case you can call me Ollie. Nice to meet you." Ollie bit his tongue against saying 'I hope to see you a lot in the future' because A) that would be more flirty than he meant it and B) he didn't know if Juls would invite him back again.
He waved at Ben and walked back to the lobby, now armed with a key card. He waved it in front of the little black pad by the door and a beeping made him start. He pushed the door open and it swung closed again. Ollie looked to his right. Yup, there was the pool. It had a few people swimming or sunbathing. No kids, Ollie noticed with interest.
He walked forward, scanning the building numbers. He spotting the fourth one, right across from him, and went over. He hesitated at the door. Should he call Juls or buzz? Juls had said something of a roommate. What if he buzzed and got the roommate? Was the roommate even here?
He decided to call. He bit his lip, and hit the little phone icon, holding it up to his ear.
"Hello, little one." Juls purred and Ollie felt his body flush.
"Hi." He said, somewhat breathlessly. "I'm outside your building?"
"Okay, I'll buzz you up. I'm in the bathroom... join me when you get here."
Juls' voice curled around him like a caress and Ollie was so glad that he'd gotten all prepped. Or else his sweats would be sporting a giant wet spot.
The door buzzed and Ollie's heart jumped into his throat. "I'll see you soon," he promised, and tugged the door open. He glanced at the elevator and decided he didn't want to wait. He wanted Juls as soon as possible. Ollie pushed the stair door open, taking them a couple at a time.
By the time he reached the fifth floor, he knew his skin was pink tinged from running and his skin was a little damp with sweat and he was so wet with Slick he was clenching his ass hard to make sure the plug he'd put up there didn't slide right back out.
He paused by the stairwell, taking a few restorative gasps, before setting off to find Juls' unit. Soon, he was ringing the bell and taking a step back. As he waited, he suddenly remembered. Meet Juls in the bathroom. That meant someone else was probably going to get the door.
Oh fuck, the roommate. And Ollie was clearly here for sex. From the top of his sweat damp curls to the shoes that belonged tossed on the floor. Oh God, oh hell, oh fuck.
And he couldn't even run. He could hear the faint sounds of footsteps, too heavy to be Juls', coming closer. Fine. He squared his shoulders, determined to make this last hurtle before Juls bent him over the bathroom counter and-
That thought was cut off as the door was opened and Ollie came face to face with his endocrinologist.
