~Lucy~
It all started a week ago when Natsu, Grey, Erza, Happy, and I went on a mission
The job was to defeat a demon monster who was terrorizing a town of people
Natsu told me not to go but I insisted on helping them fight
But I should've listened
I'm now sitting in a hospital room looking at a pink haired boy unconscious and close to death
A tear prickled down my cheek
"It's all my fault" I whispered squeezing the end of my skirt
Suddenly the memory's began to flood into my head

"Natsu wait up!" I shouted catching up to Natsu and Happy
"Oh hey Lucy" he said smiling a big smile
"Where you guys going?" I asked waiting for an answer
"Oh we're going with Grey and Erza on a mission" he said
"Oh can I come?" I squealed
"This mission is to dangerous so I don't think that's a good idea" he said
"Oh come on let me help you guys" I said pouting
"Ugh fine come on" he said leading me
"Yay!" I shouted following
~
"I should never had asked" I whispered tears still going down my face
More memory's continued to flood through my head
~
"LUCY STOP GET AWAY FROM THERE!" Natsu yelled
"It's ok Natsu I'll be fine!" I shouted back to him
I pulled one of my celestial keys from the rest
"OPEN GATE OF THE GOLDEN BULL KEY..... Tau-" I was stopped mid sentence to see Natsu push me to the ground
When the demon monster suddenly took his arm and swatted Natsu in the air
"NATSU!" I screamed tears going down my face
I quickly shot up and ran to Natsu's side
"Natsu your ok you'll be ok just stay with me!" I said setting his head on my lap
"L-l-Lucy" he stuttered
"Yes Natsu please say something!" I shouted shaking his head
"Grey get Natsu and lets get him to a hospital!" Yelled Erza
"I'm sorry Natsu I'm so sorry!" I said tears wetting my face
"It's ok L-Lucy" he said grabbing my hand and firmly squeezing it
~
Erza and Grey quietly walked into the room
"How you feeling?" Grey asked
"I feel terrible" I said "it's all my fault" I said once again
Erza took a chair and sat it next to me
She grabbed my hand and firmly squeezed it
"Lucy quit blaming yourself! It's not your fault" she said squeezing my hand harder
"I love him" I whispered
"We know you do" she said pulling me into a hug
I didn't hesitate to accept it
I wrapped my arms around her and continued to cry but I just let it go instead of holding it
"Natsu sacrificed himself to save you" she said softly
"Because he wants you to be safe" she said softly again
Those words swam around my head and will continue to swim in my head
