Chapter 12 {Memories}

~Lucy~

After what happened at the guild me and Natsu are now sitting on his bed

"She's back" Natsu mumbled under his breath

"That's good ri-" Natsu interrupted

"No it's not good" Natsu stood up

"W-why do you say that?" I stuttered

"Nothing it's to much to explain" Natsu said sitting back down

~Natsu~

I didn't want to admit it but I still had some feelings for Lisanna even after she abandoned me

But I love Lucy

Don't get me wrong Lucy is amazing

I just can't get over Lisanna.

Flashback

"Lisanna?" I questioned when I saw her tied up in rope

"NATSU!" Lisanna screamed jumping on me

"I missed you so much" Lisanna cried

"I missed you too, Lisanna" I said smiling

Me and Lucy decided to go back to the guild

When we got to the door I looked at Lucy and she grabbed my hand squeezing it.

We both pushed the door open awaiting a dozen eyes on us

But the guild was almost empty

The only people inside were Erza, Gray, Juvia, Levy, Gajeel, and Lisanna

"Where is everyone?" Lucy asked waking toward everyone with me following behind her

I didn't let go of her hand and neither did she

I looked up to see Lisanna looking at me then at my hands then back to me

I looked the other direction to prevent from looking at her

Lucy sat down on her usual seat and I sat behind her

Peeking behind her shoulder every once in awhile

~Lucy~

"Natsu are you ok?" I asked looking at him

"Yeah I'm fine" he said looking toward the ground

"I think I'm gonna go back to my house" he said standing up

"You can stay here" he said letting go of my hand

"Um ok. Do you want me to come over after I leave?" I said looking into his eyes

"No you don't have to" he said looking away

"Bye Lucy" he said kissing my forehead and walking toward the door

~Natsu~

I'm sorry Lucy I thought

I ran all the way home not looking back

Memories flooded into my head

I stopped finally at my door

I quickly opened the door and closed it

I sat on the floor with my back on the door

Tears ran down my face

"I'm so sorry Lucy" I whispered, crying

"Why did you come back Lisanna? Why?" I asked myself

Flashback
"I love you Natsu!" Lisanna said hugging me by my neck

I didn't answer

"Do you love me, Natsu?" She asked looking into my eyes

I took a peek behind her seeing a smiling Lucy

She sat in her usual seat, laughing with Mira about Gray and Juvia

I didn't know the answer. I liked both Lucy and Lisanna

"Yes" I blurted out not thinking

"YAY!" Lisanna screamed jumping on me

I pulled out a fake smile and hugged her back

I took another peek at Lucy, who was now staring at me

End of flashback

I stood up from the floor wiping the tears from my face

I don't have the slightest idea what I'm gonna do

A knock came from the door

I look through the peep hole to see a girl with short white hair

I slowly back away from the door

The door knob slowly twisted to the right then to the left

Until the door slowly opened
