Chapter 15

Tubbo POV

I heard ranboo shout something from the other room right before Phil walked from around the corner and beckoned for me to follow him. I was confused, but I got up and followed him anyway. He led me to the open door of Ranboo's bedroom and walked away saying,

"He's all yours."

I stood in the doorway for a few seconds, feeling awkward. I was happy to see him, but did he want to see me? I cautiously stepped into the room. Ranboo was sitting on his bed, eyes on the floor. I walked up to him and sat down next to him.

"You're scared of me aren't you?" he asked plainly, continuing to stare at the floor.

"No! I'm not scared of you! Why would I be scared of you?'' I asked, surprised by his question. Did he think I was scared of him?

"I-I hurt you Tubbo. Of c-course you're scared of m-me," he stuttered, close to tears. I pulled him into a hug, squeezing tightly as he started to cry.

I was now sitting on his lap while he cried into my shoulder. I lifted his head and looked into his eyes. Ranboo would usually tend to avoid eye contact, but this was different, he kept his eyes locked on me. A moment later, I felt his lips on mine. It only lasted for a second, but my stomach was instantly filled with butterflies and I could feel my ears droop with happiness.

Before I could say anything, Ranboo pushed me off his lap and ran out of the room. I sat there in silence, my brain was still trying to register what had happened. My face grew hot as I blushed. Ranboo liked me back.

I ran downstairs, asking Eret which direction Ranboo had gone. He pointed towards the path that led to the flower field. I sprinted down in pursuit of ranboo, arriving in what was only seconds, but felt like forever. I spotted him near the edge of the field and jumped on him. He yelped with surprise before I leaned down and kissed him. After a second he melted into the kiss, placing one hand on my shoulder and the other in my hair. I pulled away and buried my face in his chest,

"I love you Ranboo," I breathed, watching as a pink blush spread across his face,

"I love you too Tubbo," he said, resting his chin on top of my head.
