Cringy
Rosie was just enjoying her time in a bar, with a handsome stranger flirting with her. And she was just enjoying it. But then, she saw a familiar face, the face she had sketched many times, the face of her ex. And the next thing she knew was that she was kissing the stranger.
She didn't know his name or anything, just knew he was paying for her drinks and he smelt expensive. When she kissed him, he didn't feel a bit shocked as if he was expecting her to do so. She placed his hand on her hips while hers shamelessly roamed under his white polo. She could already outline his abs, afterall she was an art major. Her knees were wobbling, so he placed her on the bar counter as if it was their kitchen at home and no one was there. They were being shameless, but they had no control over themselves.
His hands were teasingly roaming around her thigh, and she was bringing him as close as she could, even though there was no space for air to pass. They were so caught in the moment, they didn't realize someone was standing there.
Someone cleared his throat and they slowly came back to reality. And it was her very ex standing there with a mouth agape.
"Hey!," her voice chirpy and breathless, "it's nice seeing you here." She could see him stopping himself from rolling his eyes, "Nice seeing you here too," he paused, "with my brother." Her eyes went wide, "What?"
"Step brother," the stranger corrected, "or you could say half-brother." "It's brother right, Chanyeol?", Her ex speaking like he had reached his patience level, his eyes shut and breathing uneven.
"Unfortunately, Jimin" , Chanyeol fake pouted and then turned to look at her, "shocking right?" She didn't reply, she was still processing all the information. "How did you manage to woo this goddess," he eyed her head to toe, "is beyond my thinking."
"How?" She asked, it came Lolo out more like a whisper. Chanyeol chuckled and Jimin had a bored expression not interested in spending a second more there. "Ikr!", The taller boy started, "I'm tall, he's short. I'm handsome, he's ugly. Ok, not ugly but not as good looking as me." She ignored his words, grabbed her purse and got out of the bar without sparing them a second glance, they're rich enough to pay for her drinks.
She was finally home resting, trying to forget what happened at the club and that's when the bell rang. She pulled a robe over her shorts and tank.
He was standing there, leaning against the door frame as if he had been here a million times. "So, shall we continue where we left?" One of brows raised upwards and a smirk playing on his lips, "so?" She slammed the door on his face. He knocked again and she opened it a little fiercer than before, "answer me first".
"Go on" he motioned her to start. Her face turned serious, "Did you know who I was?" He shook his head, "No." She was still skeptical, "And why would I believe you?" He let out a throaty chuckle, "believe me when I say, getting involved with him in any way is my last wish." She opened the door wide open for him to come in.
"Now shall we continue," his voice impatient and she leaned in to whisper in his ears, "Gladly".
