Little surprise read til the end!

He screamed hopping out his car so fast running towards them before being stopped by a stranger.

"They won't let you through"

"Get your damn hands off me!" Spencer struggled angrily against the stranger trying to get to Liv, her face now visible on the stretcher.

"You're the guy I talked to, here's her phone. I called 911 as soon as I could! You must be Spencer" He snatched the phone out of his hand making minimal eye- contact.

"How the hell do you know my name?"

"She was saying it over and over when I found her unconscious, she kept saying it until she passed out again" The guy informed him with Spencer giving him a glare.

"Where is she?!" His eyes watered as the guy pointed to the ambulance truck with him running towards it. An officer stopped him in his tracks.

"Sir I can't let you go over there!"

"Please sir you have to let me through!"

"Sorry young man it's not safe for you to be over there, they are checking out the accide-" Spencer halted the officer's speech.

"Sir please that's my girlfriend over there, she's hurt, and she needs me please I have to get to her!" Spencer tried to convince him with urgency. Officer gave him a suspicious look before tapping his shoulder and taking him over to the truck. "He's the boyfriend he's good to go" Spencer nodded at the officer thanking him as another officer helped him into the back of the truck. He felt his heart breaking the minute his eyes landed on Liv. She was completely unconscious with bruises all over her face and a bandage on her head and a tube in her mouth that she was breathing through. He got on his knees sitting next to her. He glided his fingers across her cheek caressing it before grabbing her hand and kissing it intertwining their fingers. "How is she?" He asked the medical team.

"We still don't know yet sir, she's been in and out the whole time, looks like head trauma, possibly a broken leg and maybe a concussion but she's breathing on her own so that's a good sign, considering the amount of alcohol we found in her system" The nurse breathed. Spencer sighed in disappointment at the revelation just made to him. He wasn't happy knowing that she was drinking and driving again but he couldn't set that as his focus right now. "Damn you Liv, baby why did you do this?" He touched her face as their fingers were still intertwined. He gazed down at her, kissing her cheek, nose, forehead then her lips. "You're gonna be okay Liv and after we get you out of here, were gonna get you some help and I promise I won't leave you, I'll be right by your side, but you are getting help babe, I don't care what you say" He said in a serious tone squeezing her hand. He looked away for a second and felt her squeeze his hand back jumping for joy on the inside. "Don't...tell me what to do" She moaned under her breath as her eyes were shut as she spoke those words with Spencer getting closer to her face and kissing it.

"Baby!" He says to her before her eyes fully opened darting them at him when she slightly turned her head.

"Where are we?"

"On our way to the hospital, you were in an accident" He rested his hand on her cheek with his eyes slowly filling with tears.

"Am I dead?" She joked with him laughing as a tear dropped to the floor from his eye.

"No, you're very much alive Liv, what were you thinking?" Her eyes brimmed with tears as she stared at him reaching for his face. She stroked his cheek with guilty eyes pinning her expression.

"I wasn't Spence that's the problem, I'm so sorry babe I'm s- "Her voice jolted mid-sentence as her body started to convulse. The nurse came to the other side of her placing an oxygen mask over her face. The guy nurse was strapping her body down trying to get control over the convulsing happening, but they only grew and came at a more rapid pace. "Whats going on with her why is she doing that?!" Clearly worried and scared out of his mind.
